  I am forgetting her name, but there is one employee here going above and beyond to make sure all customers are being serviced. Wonderful experience with her! She really is visibly working hard, my partner and I wish her the best!

  Most helpful Enterprise Office on our 7 week trip. Assisted in every way including saving a suitcase as it was rolling into the street. Cars were very clean. Any mix up on the return times or the model of vehicles available the staff will work with you to have a solution that's appropriate to your situation. Special thanks to Anthony for his spot on assistance finding a charge on the bill he was able to fix the same day.

  The guy I forgot his name but I expressed how I really enjoyed his professionalism. He's fair skin either white or I don't really think Spanish, but I think he has reddish brown hair really tall works at the 3rd ave location. Thank u for coming to work today

  Car rented while waiting for personal car to be fixed. While driving the engine started to sputter and would not go above 10mph. I pulled over and popped the hood to find that the engine coolant tank was missing the cap and completely empty of any coolant. This flashed the check engine light. The folks working there were very helpful during initial process, but this is awful.
