  The staff is always personable and understanding. There's usually a line to pick up your car, so come on time. Justin helped with my car pick up and return - I expressed my concern with the car smell upon drop off and he was able to give me a $50 credit. Thank you Justin! I've used other rental car companies in the area and this is now my go-to spot due to their customer service.

  Aside from a slightly longer wait for pickup from the body shop, my experience with this Enterprise branch was great. Friendly staff, phones answered promptly, knowledgeable responses, great attitudes. I would prioritize this location for my next car rental. Shout-out to Ryan and Justin, but everyone was great...I just didn't catch all the names.

  The team over here are always going above and beyond to help me out. Rented from here 3 times recently and every time I got special attention and assistance to ensure everything was as good as it could be.

  Very disappointed I was informed I can use my EZ pass, but I wouldn’t get charged by enterprise when I returned my vehicle not only was I charged by my easy pass. This enterprise charge me. I will not return my 272 Dollars I have sent proof of my easy pass proof I still have not received a refund. They only gave me my service fee, which is 34 dollard

  I recently rented a car from this location, and had to wait an hour and a half after the scheduled time to pick up my vehicle. Then, I was handed the key with hardly any cleaning being done to the vehicle, so the inside smelled like cigarette smoke and there was spilled coffee on the ceiling of the interior. The gas tank wasn’t full, the toll transponder was missing, and the Enterprise location staff had used a marker to circle the dings and scrapes from the previous renters trip, as well as to write annotations on the front windshield, and didn’t bother to remove them for me before I took possession of the car. So that was a pretty weak performance. However, the gold medal came a week after returning the car, when the Enterprise toll division charged me $826.50 worth of bogus tolls (more than my rental itself) which had clearly been racked up on the previous renters trip, and are easily disproven. Now I’m having to contest the charges with my credit card company and Enterprise says they’re opening an investigation into The Case of the Missing Transponder. And when I called this location this morning to ask for any kind of compensation to make this BS right in some way, I was told by the branch manager that there was absolutely nothing they would do for me. Incredible! If I were this bad at my job, I’d be fired after a single day. And I bet that’s true of most people. I’ll never rent another car from Enterprise again. This company was supposed to be the best of them, and it turns out they’re crappy and cheap like all the others. Shame on you.
