  The staff was so fabulously courteous, that they almost made up for the uncleaned Dodge Durango. There were used tissues and paper towels under the seats along with full and partially full water bottles. There was a can of ginger ale in the cup holder in the back area. There were what looked like dog hairs on the floor rugs of the 2nd row passenger seat area. One positive was that the latches to secure the car seat we used to bring our newborn home worked perfectly. Another positive: The rental process was smooth, convenient, and clear. Sadly, despite the positives, the unclean car merited only 2 stars.

  I am submitting this report regarding my recent rental experience. After returning the vehicle, I realized that I had accidentally left my expensive sunglasses inside the glove compartment. What concerns me most is not only the loss of my personal property, but the fact that the vehicle has been rented out again without being properly inspected. A thorough inspection of a returned rental vehicle should be a standard safety procedure. If the glove compartment and other storage areas were not checked, it raises serious concerns. A previous renter could unintentionally leave behind valuable belongings, as I did, or, more seriously, dangerous items such as a weapon, illegal drugs, or other hazardous materials. Failing to inspect a vehicle before renting it to the next customer creates unnecessary safety risks for both customers and employees. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that your return and inspection procedures are reviewed to ensure every vehicle is properly checked before being rented again. This would help protect customers' belongings while also preventing potentially dangerous situations in the future.

  Not for the first time, I arrived at my reservation and had to wait several hours for a car arrive. The word "reservation" needs to mean something. The staff was apologetic, and did their best - but i know this is a consistent problem, especially on Fridays and Holidays weekends. If you know you have a repeated problem, you need to make a change. Maybe don't over book? Maybe make sure you have enough cars to meet your morning reservations the preceding night? As it stands, they are playing fast and loose with your precious time. I will not be booking with them again, if i can help it, or until they make a policy change that results in honest bookings and reliable reservation times.

  Great experience from start to finish, with very polite and friendly staff. Justin helped me return the vehicle, and it was quick and energetic. Definitely recommend this spot. Feels like a great team!
