The employee who handed me the keys did not inspect the vehicle with me — he simply parked it outside and told me where to pick it up. I also called multiple times requesting a replacement vehicle, but kept getting the runaround with no resolution. I absolutely regret renting with Enterprise. This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had.
