  I had such a great experience at this AutoZone. I don’t know much about cars, and Dynasty, Noel, Luis, and Justice were all so helpful and patient with me. They made everything really easy and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the employees here. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Really great customer service and such a positive experience overall.

  I felt discriminated against. I moved to Williamsburg a couple months ago. I love this neighborhood but my experience at this autozone was terrible. I bought a battery through the commercial department in the Bronx 2 years ago. I was told to keep my receipt just incase I needed to get the battery replaced get into the account etc…..so yesterday my car decided it didn’t want to turn on. My plan was to boost it and take it to the nearest autozone so I decided to call first to confirm and after the person took all my information down and looked into the account they denied me service saying that I needed to go to my homebase autozone because of security reasons. So my response was I don’t understand why I have to go the Bronx when all auto zones are connected. I have my receipt, my name and signature are on it. My debit card number and everything else that comes with the receipt is there and the gentlemen over the phone said that the decision was coming from his manager. I think ied to explain that I don’t live in the Bronx anymore. Two years ago when I bought the battery I used to live in the Bronx but last year I moved over here. My battery is dead and you expect me to go to the Bronx from Williamsburg to deal with them there?!?!? What if my car shuts off and I’m stranded along the way. What if I get stuck on the highway etc…all because of “security reasons” I felt discriminated against. If I paid for something. I have the receipt, I have id the card that was used the same exact battery why would you deny me service in my time of need? Then I asked them if they could call the other autozone in the Bronx to get confirmation and they didn’t even want to do that. They wanted me to call and try to get someone to call them back. IM NEVER SHOPPING AT THIS AUTOZONE EVER!!!!THEY DISCRIMINATED AGAISNT ME and it’s not done here. Reaching out to corporate, BBB and social media.

  This place sent me used damaged parts in a new boxes! Staff don’t care, be careful what you buying from them as looks like many people return them old parts in new boxes and they do not care, when complained they simply told me - “you can order form different store! We made mistake, just it’s your problem to fix it”

  Muy pobre y pésima la atención de parte de Junior, entra a la tienda para comprar unos artículos y me dejó pagando solo se fue durante más de 15 minutos no me ayudó no me dejó utilizar los Rewards que tenía acumulados nadie me ayudó me sentí como si no hubiera nadie trabajando y nadie me ayudó. Era mejor robarme esas cosas porque nadie me puso atención.
