  An entire community is getting infested with rats because their management refuses to keep the store's parking lot clean. It appears that people who are not even customers are hanging out, repairing vehicles and eating in their parking lot and not properly disposing of their garbage. Its unfortunate that elderly residents are afraid to use their backyards because of the rat infestation. We will be organizing to contact their corporate offices soon.

  I am writing this review in hopes that AutoZone corporate management will take notice of the serious customer service issues at the AutoZone located at 575 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. From the moment I entered the store, I encountered long wait times and a staff that appeared uninterested in helping customers. Despite waiting patiently for assistance, I was repeatedly ignored while employees stood around and engaged in conversations with one another. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was unacceptable. Several employees were rude and dismissive when I attempted to ask questions and seek assistance. Instead of providing courteous customer service, I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are spending their hard-earned money at a business. AutoZone has built a reputation for providing knowledgeable assistance and quality customer service, but unfortunately, this location does not reflect those standards. The rude behavior, excessive wait times, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for customers created a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I hope this review reaches district and corporate management so that appropriate action can be taken. Employees should be held accountable for how they treat customers, and significant improvements are needed at this location. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the AutoZone at 575 Utica Avenue and will think twice before returning.
