  Bought a boat part that did not fit, had a hard time returning it as I lost the physical receipt. However, I had an email inquiry from Autozone asking for a review on this particular part, the tranaction was on my account (phone number account I have been an Autozone customer many years, and I showed the electronic receipt I recieved. Clerks needed a manager. This manager, an asian person, had me wait over 1/2 hour, comes out and rudely states that Autozone does not sell boat parts. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I insisted that I needed a refund on this still packaged, un-used part, and after showing him irrefutable proof, he VERY RUDELY gave me a refund. Extremely distaceful experience. This person should be FIRED! If he worked for me, he would be gone. I will never ever return to this location, will not go to any Autozone and will direct all my business to Advance Auto, who treat me as a valued customer.

  Nice store, I visiting this location a lot But they have a problem with manager name Jim. He has a bad attitude, not just once in a blue moon. He was working with the customer testing battery and I asked him if my battery can get tested as well after. His way too explain saying rudely I have to wait until he is done with the customer and then even that’s what I done is disrespectful for the other customer He’s been looking toxic and unexcited by his job , and by Autozone reviews it’s not first time Jimmy been rude and impolite. May be it’s time to change the environment

  The two guys working there provide very poor service; they say they’re going to look for a part but just stare at their phones instead of actually searching for it. Then they come back and say it’s not there, even though the app says it is available.

  Very bad customer service. I bought a motorcycle battery from AutoZone yesterday, and the battery was damaged/not working. I went back to the store to return or exchange it, but they refused to help me. The customer service was very rude and unprofessional. I paid for a new battery and expected it to work. I should not have to deal with a damaged product and then be treated badly when asking for help. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on the way they treated me.

  I purchased these brake pads but within less than six months and almost 10k Miles these brake pads worn out to end. I went to AutoZone shop having in mind that these brake pads have life time warranty. But at the store refused to honor the warranty. So "AutoZone lifetime warranty" is a trap to sell a product on higher price. Same sort of issue happened with me when i went to claim warranty on battery.
