  Today an unpleasant situation happened in this store. After visiting two car shops in search of a rear wiper, which they did not have in stock for my car, I was politely told that they did not have it. I went to this store, approached an employee in a black uniform with his windshield wiper, who carefully unhooked it to ask if they had one in stock. This man assured me that he was a professional in this matter, taking a new windshield wiper, we went to my car. To be honest, it was nice to hear and see this man's desire to help me. This windshield wiper did not fit the mount on my car, which I told him about, he again assured me that he was a professional in this matter. After dismantling, he broke my mount and said that it was garbage. Having installed a new windshield wiper with a second mount that did not fit my car because it was too large for my native one, and when it was turned on, it hit the car body. I I told him that it didn't fit me, after which he took it off and said that he would refund my money. I asked him what to do with the mount that he broke, since I couldn't put it back on, they simply told me: go to the Lexus dealer and buy a new one that you want from me. I said that it doesn't work like that and help me solve this issue, after which they sent me to the dealer 25 more times and started telling all the store employees and customers that I broke it and I want something from him. Thank you very much to the nice woman from whom I asked for glue to temporarily glue what was broken and put it back in place. It's not about the $16 they gave me, and not about the mount that I think will cost me $60-70 at the dealer. I just wanted this man to just apologize and admit that he broke it. I don't want to judge this store by the concessions of one person, since the other employees treated me with understanding and at least listened. What I'm saying is, they didn't run and hide around the store like this man with his remarks about the dealer. This was my first visit to the auto shop, probably the last, I will continue to place orders on the sites. It's a shame I didn't take a photo of this broken mount.

Her dedication made all the difference!
