  Exceptional experience at Audi Brooklyn! From start to finish, everything was smooth, transparent, and truly customer-focused. My sales agent Regina was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain every detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. No pressure, just honest and professional service. I also greatly appreciated Mark’s support in making everything seamless. A big thank you as well to General Manager Adam for his support — it’s clear this dealership is run with integrity and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This was by far one of the best car leasing experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend Audi Brooklyn, and especially Regina, if you’re looking for a seamless and stress-free experience!

  I had an excellent experience working with Mark Nepom at the dealership. He provided amazing service from start to finish and truly made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Mark was very informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure, and he was incredibly easy to speak with. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Mark definitely goes above and beyond. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire experience.   We were looking to upgrade our car and move onto something better and shopped around at a few dealers. We ended up at Audi Brooklyn and were greeted by Sam who answered every question we had, made great suggestions, walked us through every step of the process and we walked out with a brand new A5 the same day. Taking that next step to a new vehicle usually can feel like a nerve wracking experience but Sam and the whole Audi team made it an enjoyable experience.
