I would like to express my huge gratitude to Regina Mizanova for her professionalism and assistance in buying a car.
Regina is a true expert in her field. She possesses deep technical knowledge and a strong business acumen, easily outperforming many colleagues in this traditionally male-dominated industry. Regina answered all my questions about trim levels in detail, helped me make the right choice, and made the entire buying process seamless, transparent, and fast, without any pressure. She is a very polite, sharp, and customer-oriented professional.
If you are planning to buy a car in Brooklyn, I highly recommend reaching out to her. Five stars!
Regina was patient and wonderful - navigating my long distance purchase with genuine thoughtfulness and ease. So much better then opting for the "previously owned" realms of used car dealerships in Brooklyn and Queens. I got my amazing Q3 dream car with great pricing and financing. You can buy with confidence here. Thank you Regina!
The only reason this dealership is receiving five stars is because of Sam Lin. Without him, my experience would have been one star.
I would like to recognize Sam Lin at Audi Brooklyn for providing an outstanding customer experience.
7/8/26 I stopped by the dealership because my Audi SQ8 displayed an inspection message, and I wanted to confirm whether my vehicle was due for service. Before coming in, I had called the service department, but no one informed me that the service center was actually located at a different address.
Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the dealership was disappointing. I felt completely ignored. No one made an effort to acknowledge me or offer assistance. I even asked to speak with management, but despite Sam’s efforts to reach them, no one came out to speak with me. As a customer, that was frustrating and left a poor impression.
The one bright spot was Sam Lin. From the moment he got involved, he genuinely listened to my concerns and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He helped me set up my Audi account, explained the inspection schedule for my SQ8, and answered all of my questions professionally, patiently, and with a great attitude.
Sam went above and beyond, even though my visit wasn’t directly related to purchasing a vehicle. He treated me with respect and made me feel valued as an Audi customer. Employees like Sam are the reason customers remain loyal to a brand.
I will be sending this feedback to Audi of America because I believe Sam Lin deserves recognition, a bonus, and a promotion for his exceptional customer service.
When it’s time to purchase my next Audi - an RSQ7 2027 in the future - Sam Lin will be the person I choose to work with.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new car! I was looking to get out of my old vehicle and into something that better fit my needs, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team helped me find exactly the car I wanted and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy and enjoyable.
Everyone on the sales team was amazing—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. I never felt pressured and was treated with respect throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Sam, who went above and beyond as my salesperson. Sam was patient, attentive, and made sure all of my questions were answered. His dedication and customer service made a huge difference and helped make this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again to Sam and the entire team for taking such great care of me!

I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Audi Brooklyn.
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi Q8 expecting the level of quality, transparency, and customer service that should come with both the Audi brand and a CPO vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
The first red flag came before I even took delivery. I noticed that the hood had been wrapped and brought it to the dealership’s attention. Rather than having a solution in place, the dealership attempted to remove the wrap themselves but was unable to do so. I was then referred by Ali to a shop the dealership does business with, to have the wrap professionally removed. The process took several hours, and once the wrap was removed, oxidation and paint defects underneath became apparent.
Had I known the true condition of the hood before purchasing the vehicle, it would have significantly impacted my decision to move forward. Even after these issues were discovered, Audi Brooklyn would not commit to repainting the entire hood. Instead, they were only willing to address a small section related to the rear wing/spoiler. This felt like a cost-saving measure rather than a genuine attempt to stand behind the vehicle they sold.
The delivery process itself was equally disappointing. Sam provided very little orientation to the vehicle and did not adequately familiarize me with the numerous features and technology systems in the Q8. For a luxury vehicle with extensive technology, I expected a proper walkthrough. Instead, I was left to figure things out myself.
To make matters worse, the vehicle was delivered with the previous owner’s user profile still active in the system. This should have been reset and prepared before the vehicle was handed over to a new owner. It immediately made me question how thoroughly the vehicle had actually been inspected and prepared for sale.
Shortly after purchase, I noticed a sensor warning that appeared to indicate a malfunction. When I brought it to Sam’s attention, he was unable to explain what it meant or provide any meaningful guidance on how to address it. That lack of product knowledge was surprising from someone selling Audi vehicles every day.
The vehicle also had a damaged rear wiper blade and a scratch on the rear glass that should have been identified and addressed before delivery.
I escalated my concerns to Ali, the General Manager, hoping management would take ownership of the situation and make things right. Instead, I was left feeling that once the paperwork was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority.
At this point, my overall impression is that Audi Brooklyn is more focused on moving inventory than delivering the level of customer service and attention to detail that buyers should expect when spending this kind of money on a luxury vehicle.
I would also seriously question the thoroughness of the dealership’s inspection process and the so-called “22-point check.” Between the previous owner’s profile remaining in the vehicle, the sensor issue, the damaged rear wiper, the scratch on the rear glass, and the paint issues hidden beneath the hood wrap, it is difficult to understand how a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle passed inspection without these concerns being identified and properly addressed.
If you’re considering buying a vehicle from Audi Brooklyn, inspect everything carefully, ask detailed questions, and get every promise in writing before signing. My experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what I expected from an Audi dealership.
