  John, my service tech was terrific. Except for one scheduling hiccup the online process was very easy and efficient. Everything else happened as planned. If you do not have access to an extension cord and plug make sure your tech has a portable vacuum before he comes. And if you are replacing Glass on a car door-make sure to test for rattling glass before they leave.

  Very nice company to deal with . Good customer service & they keep you up date about your appointment. Technicians are responsible respectful & called came earthier then the time frame & finished the job timely fashion cleaned up & did excellent job with all . Would highly recommend

  I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 3:00 PM and received a text message confirming the appointment. I took time off from work and arrived as scheduled, only to be told by the receptionist, “We don’t have the glass today. You’re going to have to come back Thursday.” The receptionist was extremely rude and showed no concern about the inconvenience this caused. There was no apology, no attempt to find a solution, and no consideration for the fact that I had already taken time off from work. Her lack of customer service is the type of behavior that can cause a business to lose customers. We left and went to Master Auto on Southern Boulevard instead. They were able to replace the glass the same day, and now I don’t have to miss another day of work. Very disappointing experience, especially since my appointment had already been confirmed

  Safelite glass repair was exceptional! My car’s rear windshield was completely shattered by huge falling tree limbs. This company came to my home, and removed the broken glass, cleaned it up and out of the car, installed a new windshield, then sealed, secured, and cleaned it. The technician then gave me specific instructions on the do’s and don’ts pertaining to the windshield for two days after installation. ‘Safelite replaced’ with excellence!

  I’m very disappointed with my experience with Safelite. I brought my BMW in for a windshield replacement, and before the replacement, the vehicle had been inspected and was running normally. After the technician handed my vehicle back to me, I drove away from the Safelite lot and immediately noticed that the front sensor was not working. While driving, I also noticed that my hybrid system was no longer functioning the way it had before the windshield replacement. The technician kept telling me that I needed to get the vehicle inspected immediately because something could happen. I was very concerned and questioned why I suddenly needed to have my vehicle inspected immediately after having the windshield replaced. The vehicle was not charging or regenerating normally while driving, and the hybrid system was not operating the way it normally had before the windshield replacement. Within less than two days, I began experiencing multiple warning messages, including a drivetrain malfunction and a power-supply warning. The vehicle eventually would not start. I cannot say what caused these problems until the BMW is properly diagnosed, but the timing is extremely concerning. The front sensor was not working immediately after I drove away from Safelite, while the hybrid issues became apparent while I was driving, and additional problems appeared shortly afterward. I have decided to have the vehicle independently diagnosed rather than continue bringing it back to Safelite. I expected my vehicle to be returned in the same working condition it was in when I brought it in, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
