I thought I scheduled my appointment online, until when I showed up in store for my appointment and we couldn’t find my booking. I realized that the confirmation must not have gone through. However, Richard, the manager, was very accommodating and still moved forward with my needed service . He was very patient with me through this process. He and his staff also made sure to provide me with updates while I waited for my tire repair to be complete. Towards the end, Richard came out to notify me of some concerns with my car I should be addressing soon (brakes, rear shocks, etc.) Overall, this was a great experience, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and I am pleased with my results.

I came in very early to get an oil change and was surprised that I was told that the employees were getting their much later. However, the customer service girl Haley made sure that I would be seen as soon as possible and reassured me that the employee would be here. She offered me a discount and took great care of me.
Haley really stepped up and made sure that every person after that due to the delay was seen and kept updating everyone to the best of her ability and was very professional and cool, calm and collected even though she Was dealing with frustrated customers.
A great example of what Good customer service can do and I will come back just because of Haley.

Worst experience ever. Came to change 4 tires and the employee act like a gangster. Absolutely horrible approach. Hands in pockets like he didn’t want to work. Like he didn’t want a customer to show up because he was having fun talking to other guys. Will never come here again and also recommend anyone.

One of the best experience so far at this Mavis! I came in for my car tires to be replaced and I was assisted by Hailey! There were more issues with my vehicle, in which I didn't know or understand what to do because we are all suffering financially... I had an appointment and my repair was delayed. She surely took care of me! I haven't felt this way since John. The person that hired her obviously nows what's needed to have people coming back! If they had Hailey & John at this site, I believe there would be no need for other sites. Pure good old fashioned customer service. 👍

Hailey customer service is surperb!!! She is patient and kind… she also recommended additional services with full explanation.. through my experience I will definitely recommend others as well as being a consistent customer for future service on my vehicle. Lastly, the mechanic flacko is great and fast in the service he rendered on the car. Thank you for such a great experience!!!
