  This location can’t provide customers with a taxi or car service telephone number after returning rentals. I had to walk to a hotel in the area, after spending $375.00 for rental. This doesn’t make any since that a customer could not be provided a reliable car service upon returning rentals. Bad business and poor customer service .

  The reps were very knowledgeable and we're able to answer all of my questions. It just took a long time to get into my rental car.

  Dont accommodate customer. Basically want to put you in a car based on their convenience. One female has a nasty attitude. Branch manager. She names is Shantell brown

  Dont accommodate customer. Basically want to put put you in a car based on their convenience. One female has a nasty attitude. Branch manager gave me a car that broke down in the middle of nowhere. 4 days into the rental. When I called about it took no responsibility. Closed my contract and said go to another branch. She names is Shantell brown

  I do NOT recommend this location. I reserved a car over a week ago, after paying $100 for an uber out to the Bronx I arrive and they say they don’t have any car, they say they may have one but have to double check with the manager. Manager says that one is already reserved. Reserved for who?! I’m a customer who is here with the reservation from over a week ago. Avoid at ALL cost.
