  3rd Ave location sucks. They never have what you ask for in stock but call theirselves giving you a upgrade. Location closes to early compared to other locations. Customer service, slow and with outrageous wait times to speak with a Representative. Waited over 20mins for someone to pickup the line and then hang up. Called back and waited over 15mins until I eventually gave up. I wouldn't recommend, only if you need a quick ride and last minute.

  My journey here start with an unfortunate situation. Thank you Yantzee for taking the time to explain everything. I dud have many questions. You were very pleasant every step of tge way. I would also like to thank for the follow up on my extension. I didn't have to call back with my busy schedule. I appreciate the service I received thus far.

  I strongly recommend avoiding this place. My experience was extremely unprofessional and raised serious concerns about customer privacy. The employee at the front desk called my bank for address verification and proceeded to read my full credit card number out loud while there were other customers sitting in the lobby. Anyone nearby could have overheard or recorded my card information, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, she had a rude, dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. I remained calm and polite the entire time, but I felt like I had to walk on eggshells just to avoid making the situation worse. As a paying customer, that should never be necessary. Between the poor customer service and the careless handling of sensitive financial information, I will never return. If you value your privacy and want to be treated with respect, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
