  Representative Joel Silva, went out of his way (literally @ pick up and drop off) to meet my priority needs. At pick up, I had to make an important stop to CVS for 2 reasons one that depended upon my ability to pay Enterprise. Mr. Silva made it possible before I was even in the rental, he drove me to CVS. Then again at drop off, Joel made it possible to drive me to my mechanics shop in order to save me the price of a cab. Joel Silva is an exemplary representative of your company. Truly a professional and an awesome human! He should be praised for high level customer service. This world needs more of Joel Silva’s work ethics!!!

  Como me dice que yo le hice eso daño a ese carro cuando el carro tine un choche de ese lado y la luz rota y los raya que tienes ese carro se Ben que eso es viejo

  Rente un carro y el carro asta la luz la tenías rota y me hicieron un reporte a mi seguro que ese carro tenía una ralla abajo en el lado izquierdo cuando ese carro tenía todo eso defecto cuando lo rente

  The car I paid for was not available.i payed for a full size suv. The car I was given had big scratches on the body.i ended up having to settle for a minivan. The tank was only at 1/4 when I received the car. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 2 is because the person who helped with the rental gave excellent service. And I left a 150.00 bottle of colonge in the glove compartment, realized it the next day and called. They have not called back or returned it.
