  4 stars? How? You people should be ashamed of yourselves. How are you in business while renting vehicles that are absolutely disgusting? How are you running a business with individuals just as disgusting as your vehicles? Sean needs to be re-evaluated and put through some sort of customer service training because he’s just as disgusting as the white stains and floors boards of the Toyota he released this morning. Then when the car was brought back to him, he didn’t have not only the common sense but not even the courtesy or professionalism to go outside and look at the dirty, dusty, nastiness himself. Im assuming he just didn’t want to look himself in the mirror. Not one skill of problem solving displayed. Not one skill of customer service shown. Basically go detail the car to your comfortability and he’ll adjust the rate. Just pushed my family away. Real class act. This is the business Enterprise is in. Absolutely horrible. My family and I will definitely be pushing this to the higher ups of the establishment. Disgraceful. ****UPDATE**** Since we were pushed away and basically forced to keep the car not by choice but because of being pressed for time, we drove the car two hours out of New York State. During the ride, we felt a very disturbing vibration in both the front and rear of the vehicle. When we reached our destination we pulled into the nearest Enterprise branch. We spoke with a very kind gentleman. And even though he wasn’t able to do anything, he was very apologetic. He came outside to look at the car and wasn’t shocked at all when we explained to him the situation and where this all took place. So not only did we pay to travel in filthy, but also paid to travel in a car that hasn’t been properly maintained. Mister Khan- the audacity of you. I will not be reaching out to you or anyone else in that facility. You should be ashamed of yourself and the establishment you are running. Your corporate office has been contacted and there is going to be an investigation. To anyone who takes the time to read this, please! Check the vehicles you are renting thoroughly. Mister Kahn and his filthy pig pen only care about the money they’re going to make of you.

  Representative Joel Silva, went out of his way (literally @ pick up and drop off) to meet my priority needs. At pick up, I had to make an important stop to CVS for 2 reasons one that depended upon my ability to pay Enterprise. Mr. Silva made it possible before I was even in the rental, he drove me to CVS. Then again at drop off, Joel made it possible to drive me to my mechanics shop in order to save me the price of a cab. Joel Silva is an exemplary representative of your company. Truly a professional and an awesome human! He should be praised for high level customer service. This world needs more of Joel Silva’s work ethics!!!

  Customer service reps were awesome when I arrived to pick up my rental. Would recommend this location.
