  I’ve rented from this location so many times, always excited to return because of the consistently stellar customer service. It took me this long to write this review because I wanted to dedicate the proper time to communicate just how exceptional my experience has been. The selection of vehicles is always excellent, but what keeps me coming back is the people. Every interaction is professional while still feeling genuinely personal. You never feel like just another reservation. What really sets this location apart, though, is the leadership and the respect shared among the staff. Every team member has a unique personality and approach that feels encouraged rather than suppressed. There’s a confidence and authenticity that makes the environment feel welcoming—for both employees and customers. It’s inspiring to watch them support one another. Everyone seems to have a clearly defined role and purpose, and when they’re not focused on their own responsibilities, they’re helping the next person succeed. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident—it reflects great leadership.   Pick up was crowded but with the minimal manning they had, the young lady (Crystal) in the front did exceptionally well. At one point she had a very impatient and disrespectful customer but she did not allow his antics to disrupt her professionalism. I spoke with Kaseem to extend my vehicle over the phone and I appreciate his patience with me and at the same time making the last minute adjustment a breeze. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the man who I retrieved and returned the car from but he is tall with glasses, bald. I thank that whole team and wish them all he best of luck, attitudes and character of hat caliber are far and beyond these days.

  I think it’s strong because it’s factual and based on your actual experience. I’d tighten it up a bit for clarity, grammar, and impact: I rented a car from Enterprise at this location while my vehicle was being repaired. Due to unexpected issues with my car, I ended up keeping the rental for more than three weeks. A few days ago, I was pulled over by the police and was shocked to learn that the rental vehicle’s registration had expired in March 2025. It is now June 2026. As a result, I received a ticket and now have to appear in court. I immediately attempted to contact the manager, whom I believe is named Lou. An associate informed me that he was difficult to reach and that I should not expect a call back that day. Two days later, I still have not received any communication from management. I am returning the vehicle today and will update this review based on how Enterprise handles this situation moving forward.
