  Horrible experience, Arrived at 10.30 am and specifically asked to se the car before hand.After signing all the paperwork on the max $50 a day I was presented with a Mitsubishi Mirage that was not shown nor told after waiting 1.5 hour.Take it or leave it , I choose to leave it and go somewhere else.The Counter person was very Unclear on the transaction , so was the assistant.I do rent cars often and I never had this experience before .Very poor customer service Enterprise of Westchester RD location , Maybe Enterprise can look at the bussines model that this location is run. Never again on this location.

  Great Service Great experience renting a car from this Enterprise branch. Everything was smooth and easy. Special thanks to Barb (hope I got the name right) for being such a friendly and cool guy when I returned the car. Great customer service—I’ll definitely rent here again!

  My car was in shop my insurance company picked this location the miscommunication is unreal day 1 computer down can’t get rental come back later then I had 3 to 4 different people calling me from same location telling me the rental I was in was sold can I come swap the car out really I’m paying for this and you want me to take time out to come to location and switch no not doing it. Asked them for a EZPass they stated we don’t have any so I use mines and now I have to dispute charges because it took from my EZPass and they just charged my card no warning ⛔️ then send me an email very unprofessional I gave one star because I had to it’s actually 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 for me! Pray I never have to use them again

  Went to rent a car for two hours. Got there when my car was supposed to be ready at 10am. You have multiple people standing outside waiting to be waited on. No clue where to go to receive my car and just assumed (I know dumb of me) someone will help me when they are done. About 20 minutes later of workers passing by and not acknowledging or greeting, I finally had to stop someone walking past me again to find out where to get a car. Apparently there’s an office inside where you are supposed to be waiting with all the other people (probably another 20 minute wait). This is all happening while another customer is arguing with a worker for being rude. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and it is common to greet someone even if they are just standing there. If you can’t bother to do that at least have a sign outside the garage telling people to go inside the office to be waited on. The location on Fordham is much faster and had me ready to go in max 5 minutes. Anyway I had to cancel my reservation cause what was the point in getting the car and having to return within the hour before they close.

  I hate to write reviews but you must do better when it comes to customer service. I reserved a vehicle on my work trip and got there at about 7:45am. I used my employee discount code which I have used at several enterprises in different states and today they needed verification. Which wasn’t an issue however being that it is out of state at 7:45am it was nearly impossible. I decided to just pay out of pocket to get the process rolling. The entire visit my advisor was helpful however I felt that other people in the establishment were not so customer service friendly. They were at the front desk constantly talking amongst themselves, having side conversations about out of work life and other rental customers. Not sure if the gentleman beside him was a manager or not but I felt he was singling me out. He kept asking for verification for every piece of documentation which I never have done with enterprise in the 6-7 years I’ve been using them and I was not even dealing with him so I felt that it was kind of rude that he kept interrupting the conversation with me and the advisor just to validate who I am. My card chip was not reading unfortunately and at that point I would’ve thought they would be a little more helpful. I actually had to ask them if they can use a different reader. It’s like well your card doesn’t work have a good day bye. They never welcomed me back, they didn’t ask any questions or even suggest a different method of help. They were just not welcoming or helpful at all. During my whole visit it was like I was invisible and I appeared when they needed my credit card number. You guys must do better when it comes to customer service.
