  I recently rented a car from this location and was absolutely impressed by the service and courtesy. At every level , exceptional. The agent handling my rental (Marcus) was helpful and kind throughout. Going beyond expectations when my rental hit a stumbling block with my insurance. My hats off to ALL the ladies and gentleman that work at this location. Thank you!

  My experience with this location has been extremely disappointing. The first time they contacted me, they assured me they had a minivan available. However, when I arrived and waited for a representative to show me my vehicle, I was only shown the cars available inside the garage. There was no minivan or even a 7-seater option offered at the same price. I ended up taking a Mazda CX-50 instead. After leaving, I stopped at Starbucks and later drove back past the Enterprise location. To my surprise, I saw the same representative scanning minivans that were parked outside, vehicles that were never mentioned or offered to me. That made it feel like they intentionally chose not to provide the vehicle I originally requested. Today, I’ve been trying all day to call and request a vehicle change, but I haven’t been able to get through. Each time I’m placed on hold, and eventually the operator says, “Call can’t be transferred, try again later.”

  They have a bunch of unprofessional staff now. It's not what it used to be. They said the tank was less then a gallon short I offered to go refuel it they said you're fine we won't charge you. A couple days later received the final receipt with a $33 refuel charge. I called them a couple times and they kept saying a refund will be applied to card on file. THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

  The most unprofessional people I ever met, rude, and lack of customer service. They need to be retrained. Lack of knowledge they don’t even know their own rules on what cards are accepted. They will tell you anything just to get you off the phone as well.
