- JWJoseph Workman6 days ago1.0Confirmed reservation, showed up, waited 20 minutes, then turned away because my credit card’s billing address didn’t match my driver’s license — a policy Enterprise’s own written terms only apply to debit cards and money orders, not credit cards. Nobody scanned my license or card before rejecting me. If this is a real branch policy, it needs to be disclosed at booking, not sprung on you after a wait in line. Enterprise will probably reply to this with a canned (and probably automated) “please contact customer service” message. That’s not useful when the branch is about to close and you need a car immediately — there’s no time to negotiate. I ended up renting from Hertz instead.

I was out the door with keys in hand in under 10 minutes flat. There was a tiny typo with my email address on the initial receipt, but a quick phone call cleared it right up immediately. Fantastic customer service and total reliability when I needed it most. They’ve officially earned my business over peer-to-peer rental apps from here on out!
