During that call, I was advised to arrive at 9 and wait about an hour, or come at 11—effectively a 2-hour delay. When I raised this, I was told to try other locations. As a repeat customer of this branch, I found the response dismissive. It felt as though my business did not matter, particularly given the apparent high demand. There was no attempt to accommodate or retain my reservation despite the short notice. I ultimately contacted customer service separately and canceled. Disappointing experience.

But the workers always tried their best to accommodate customers especially returning customers. I want to especially leave feedback for Marvis- since he began here, wait times have not been as long, customers (including myself) have been less frustrated, and he delivers exceptionally great customer service. He is always kind, professional, direct, and great at sales for the right reasons. He also builds great professional relationships with his customers, including myself. I trust him with every recent visit I've been to, and he's taken care of me each time. His rapport is phenomenal. Please consider this review for any reference regarding his work ethic. I would 10/10 recommend Marvis to any promotion that may come his way.
