  Fast!! Good prices. Professional staff, I rented and was driving away in about 10 minutes. Mostly new clean cars. I won't go anywhere else.

  Da vergüenza ajena las tácticas que utilizan en este Enterprise para venderte aseguranza te dicen que son $40 el más mínimo y no te dejan saber que es por día solamente te dejan saber que es $40 y uno supone que es por la semana completa entre otras tácticas que usan está la de rentar el vehículo demás para luego devolverlo y te vienen con que te devolverán el dinero

  They don’t honor reservations. Booked a car for our wedding weekend. We showed up for pickup and they have no car for us, and no offer to help us. We booked in advance, confirmed on the phone the day before, none of that mattered.

  New update to Enterprise (Kim) Response: Kim (or whoever responded to my review), I did exactly what you asked. I called the number you provided right away. I explained the same problems I wrote about — every car reeking of cigarette smoke despite your no-smoking warnings, the hour-long waits even with a reservation, the disorganized operation that doesn’t open on time, and especially the last rental where the tire pressure kept dropping and I had to add air eight separate times. I was told a supervisor would call me back to handle it. Nobody called. Not that day. Not the next day. Still nothing. This is the exact same pattern I warned people about. You respond to bad reviews so it looks like you care, but when a customer actually follows your instructions and reaches out, you ghost them. Zero follow-through. Zero accountability. It confirms everything: cheap prices to pull people in, then unsafe cars, unprofessional staff who talk slick instead of acting professional, and now broken promises when you get caught. I’m done. I’ll never rent from the Riverdale location again and I’m telling everyone I know to stay away. Go to any other Enterprise (Upper West Side or Midtown) or a competitor and pay a little more. At least they might actually call you back and treat you like a customer instead of a number they’re trying to manage online. Avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Riverdale, Bronx like the plague. I’m done with this location forever and I’m telling everyone I know to stay far away. Every single car I’ve ever rented from them smells like stale cigarette smoke. They hand you a big warning about no smoking in the vehicle, but it’s pure hypocrisy — the cars clearly aren’t being properly cleaned or detailed between rentals. It’s disgusting and makes you wonder what else they’re cutting corners on. They’re supposed to open at 8am. They don’t. The place is disorganized, there’s almost always a line, and I’ve waited up to an hour just to get a car even when I reserved ahead. Sometimes they tell you the car is ready, then make you wait another hour. It’s amateur hour. The last rental was the final straw. The tire pressure kept dropping the entire time. I had to pull over and add air eight separate times. When I brought the car back, not one apology. Not one word about it. Just “Hey boss, yes boss” slick talk like they’re doing you a favor. That’s not professional service — that’s disrespectful. Driving on low tires isn’t just annoying, it’s dangerous. A blowout on the highway could have killed someone. They lure people in with super cheap prices, then deliver unsafe cars, terrible organization, and staff who act like they’re running a street hustle instead of a legitimate business. It feels like a trap. They catch you with the low rate and then you’re stuck dealing with their mess. I will never rent from this Riverdale location again. I’ll gladly pay more and go to the Enterprise on the Upper West Side, Midtown Manhattan, or any competitor. Your time, your safety, and your peace of mind are worth way more than whatever “deal” they’re advertising. If you’re considering this spot — don’t. Save yourself the headache and the risk. These people are not worth it.
