  I went to the store to return an item i bought with my credit earlier without receipt. The Afro America staff with unkept single braids said no I must come with the receipt at Gunhill rd/Boston road junction. He added they do not accept return goods in their store. I asked him which store accepts return goods, he said he didn’t know. I went back the 2nd day with my purchase receipt. When it got to my turn and when I was about to be attended to, he came over and told me that even with my receipt, they would not take the item back. I went to the store at dyre Avenue in the bronx and narrated my ordeal with them, they said that was not true and I must call and speak to Ani the store manager. One wonders how someone like that young man is let loose to be tormenting customers. He is rude, nasty and has zero customer service training. He needs to be where he would never have contact with people. He is raw and very uncooked in all aspects of dealing with people. I am still waiting to get to speak to Ani the store manager
