  Excellent service! This morning, I received outstanding customer service from Randy H. at AutoZone. I brought in my 20+ year-old car because it would not start, and I came in early to purchase the best battery available. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Most importantly, he was very patient throughout the entire process. He helped install the new battery, performed all the necessary tests afterward, and thoroughly checked the overall performance of my vehicle. His professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help made this a truly exceptional experience. The service was 100% outstanding. I give Randy 100 thumbs up and highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance.

  Very disappointed with my experience at this AutoZone. I bought a D1S bulb from this AutoZone thinking I was getting a brand new product. When I open the box, it was either defective or looked like it had already been used. I went back to the store expecting a simple replacement, but the manager didn’t want to help me or make it right. To make things worse, the manager claimed she was on her lunch break, so I couldn’t even speak to her directly. Instead, another employee had to go back and forth communicating with her for me. Then, somehow, the cashier who originally sold me the bulb was also “on lunch” at the same time. The whole situation felt like everyone was avoiding taking responsibility instead of helping a customer. After that, I contacted customer service and was told someone would reach out to me. Nobody ever did. So now I’m out the money I spent and still don’t have a working bulb. Defective parts happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. Nobody wanted to take responsibility, nobody followed up, and I was left with nothing but a defective bulb and a bad experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Rosie was amazing! She was super friendly, patient, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. She made sure I got exactly what I needed and answered all my questions with a smile. Great customer service like hers is hard to find. AutoZone is lucky to have her. Thanks again, Rosie!

  I just called today and was placed IMMEDIATELY on hold for total of 11 minutes!! Check this out. I called place on hold for 6 minutes, called back place on hold 3 minutes, called back place on hold 2 minutes.. I couldn't even get a word in... they just picked up the phone and said "autozone please hold". The last time I called I'm like "WAIT, I just want to know if the scanner works, I've been on hold for 10 minutes!" They guy who's clearly frustrated with whatever he got going on over there was like "yeah, but I have a long line here". I'm like "but Sir, I've been on hold and I just want to know if your scanner works". and he said "I don't know if the scanner works, YOU could come in and find out if it works". I'm like.. "Dude, I have to come in to find out if your scanner works?????". And he's like "yeah, or you could go to Burnside there's work"...... Yikes, what a terrible and uncomfortable exchange, they clearly need help! So I'm going to call burnside, thanks have a better day than the one you gave me! FYI I'm new to the neighborhood, and I'm a new car owner... so I'm just getting info.. I personally will probably NEVER go this location just off this phone call. But thanks for the Burnside reference!!!!
