  Very cool people, went to all other tire shops in brockport they're the only ones that were honest and forthcoming about my problem. 10/10

  Went to the store in person to see if they would be able to mount 4 tires on our RV - 19.5" tires and they assured us YES they do 22" tires. Gave us a great quote for the cost of 4 tires and all of the items that go with it. We went back to the store and paid IN FULL so they could order the 4 tires we needed. They get the tires in - we take RV in in the morning. We get a call in the afternoon that they are NOT able to mount the tires. So, we picked up the RV and the 4 new tires to go elsewhere. In the meantime, we are due a refund for the tire recycling, waste tire fee and the mounting fees, etc. Total before tax should be $163.96. That was Wednesday, 8/29. Monday, 8/3, no refund showing pending on cc statement - call the store and they do not know if the refund has been processed yet and will call back - NO CALL. I called again on Tuesday, AND AGAIN no call back. I called again today, Wednesday, one week later and was told that the refund was processed he did not know how much it was issued for because he sees so many people! I am told to contact customer service. After two attempts, I finally got someone only to find out the refund request was made yesterday, almost full week after not doing the service they charged us for. AND the refund that was processes was SHORT by almost $20! I would run from this business!

  Usually, they are okay. I've gone for tires in the last few months, and that was fine, even though I was told they didn’t have a record of that when I have the receipt in my glovebox. But I went in for a state inspection (which I've done here before), left my car, and got a call back saying all my brakes needed to be replaced and I needed a new caliper, all for just under 3k. I said nah, I'm good. My fiance and my father-in-law (a retired mechanic) looked at it two days later and said, “You do not need all new brakes or a new caliper.” They replaced my front brakes and told me not to come back, and to go somewhere else. I went to a Hyundai dealership and they said my rear brakes were fine and I didn’t need a caliper. I recognize not everyone has the privilege to shop around but please do. This last experience was not great especially being told they did not have record of them doing my tires literally months before.

  My appointment was at 8:30 am. When I arrived I was told there were no technicians. I could leave my car or come back at 11. I came back and there was 1 technician. I was taken care of quickly, but didn’t appreciate the inconvenience.
