- JJJ2 days ago2.0Just had an oil change and inspection done here. Nice guy but he said the manager was out. He underquoted what the oil change would be by $25 and when he rang me up, he said "sorry, I don't know how to override the system and it's adding charges that shouldn't be there. I'll take care of you next time you're in." While I appreciate the offer to "take care of me", I wish I didn't have to pay $25 extra because the staff didn't know how to handle the computer system. Hopefully a manager will see this and reach out to make things right.
- RRRon Richmond6 days ago1.0NOT GOOD. Paid $54 for a diagnostic of my issue and was told that I had a transmission problem that the shop could not handle. I just picked up my truck AFTER I had what turned out to only be a u-joint issue, resolved be a real mechanic.
