  I dropped my electric vehicle off at Monroe Auto and the technician was extremely rude and forced me to pull my own car into the garage. When I asked why, he rudely replied, I don't touch electric vehicles, I'm old school. If anyone drives an electric vehicle I do NOT recommend taking it to Monroe Auto. Customer service was extremely terrible and I will never go back to this place again.

  In June the brakes and a coolant flush were done, in July I needed a tire plugged as apparently the noise I heard after the brake job was a screw/nail in the tire. Crew changed at the store, and am glad to see some of the older team back.

  These gentlemen were able to take care of me even when I lost my key for my locking lug nuts. No other tire shop in town would even look at my car without the key. They were nice friendly and respectful. Excellent customer service. In my opinion this is the best tire shop in Brockport New York!

  I have a 2015 Colorado that needs a new muffler. I asked for a quote to replace the muffler. They said they can't give me an estimate unless they put it up on the lift and verify what I'm saying. I said okay and they put it on the lift within 2 minutes came out and told me I need a muffler. They told me they couldn't get one for one to two days and then it would be $660. They charged me $50 to have my truck on the lift for a total of 6 minutes to verify what I had already told them. They also told me that this $50 charge would not be credited to the repair when I had it done at their shop. This is unethical and will not encourage customers to return to Monroe muffler.   Just had an oil change and inspection done here. Nice guy but he said the manager was out. He underquoted what the oil change would be by $25 and when he rang me up, he said "sorry, I don't know how to override the system and it's adding charges that shouldn't be there. I'll take care of you next time you're in." While I appreciate the offer to "take care of me", I wish I didn't have to pay $25 extra because the staff didn't know how to handle the computer system. Hopefully a manager will see this and reach out to make things right.
