  I was recently in a car accident and the car was totaled. I had to rent a car so I could find my new one. I’m VERY glad that I chose Austin and Ryan’s shop to rent the car from. I live 15 minutes away, however, had no ride to get the car and no way to get home after dropping off the car. I was able to easily coordinate pick up and drop off again afterwards they were both very accommodating. I’m truly blessed with the experience I had. I would never look anywhere else for renting. I cannot thank you both enough for it. In the middle of all this chaos, I was able to trust and rely on you guys. The 26 outlander was spotless and performed fantastic. Thank you VERY, VERY much!! God bless you both.

  Manager Ryan was extremely helpful for our situation. He got us the car we needed, on short notice, and went above and beyond. It was honestly one of the best rental experiences Ive had.

  Had a great experience. The rep was very professional and explained everything prior to renting, and the same rep was there upon return. The van was excellent and exactly what we needed for a family of five on a long drive. I will definitely be using Enterprise for all of my future rental needs.

  This is really a review for Enterprise corporate, but they don't a location on Google Maps. For people on a budget, who do not have a car, paying out of pocket, and wanted to take a day trip... you better make $100k a year. Enterprise lures you in with $115 a day for the car rental. Only to check in and THEN find out you have to pay an additional $300 or $600 on top of the daily rental. I needed a car for a day. $415 and $715 for a day trip, out of pocket is aggregous. Yes, you get the deposit back, yes I have rented a car before... bit it is clear unless you have $100k a year for $2000 in the bank at all times, you and hindered. I live paycheck to paycheck right now with no car and walk to work. Enterprise should show accurate pricing on the website and or make you aware of the deposit fees up front. I took a planned day of of work to help a friend. My options $415 or $50 each way on Uber. Uber it is.
