We had a great experience with this Enterprise location! Ryan was fantastic and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Our vehicle had been totaled in an accident, and Ryan and the team were wonderful to work with, keeping track of the claim throughout the rental process. We had no issues at all. A couple of weeks later, we needed another rental for an out-of-state trip and didn’t hesitate to come back. Once again, Ryan was extremely accommodating and helpful. Excellent customer service all around. We highly recommend this location!

Brockport enterprise was very attentive to making sure i enjoyed my rental. They try hard to make sure all needs are meant!. I felt relieved when I knew I had a car for getting things done, during my car mechanical issues.🫠😊

Ryan and Austin are top notch. Really liked dealing with this location and as a business owner and manager I appreciate great customer service. Started out little rough with the rental being no-where clean enough, but they quickly fixed the issue. Thank you
