  Great experience with Enterprise - the pick up and return staff were very helpful, pleasant to deal with and friendly. Definitely will rent from Enterprise again!

  Had a great experience they were attentive and helpful during the whole experience. Car was clean. And in good shape. They made it easy to extend the rental when i needed to. I would recommend the brockport store to anyone. Ty.

  Service was phenomenal, and staff goes above and beyond getting you sorted. This is the 2nd time renting from enterprise period, both from the same place, and I'll absolutely be returning for more 5 star treatment. Wish my location had a few more car choices, but I honestly understand and had ample choice for comfort as is, just wanna see some cooler cars maybe lol

  Received misinformation from this location. My wife and I had planned a NYC and Niagara Falls trip over a month in advance. When we last spoke with a live person at this location. They told us a hold would be required on a Credit/Debit card. I asked for clarification if a Debit card would be accepted. I was told yes. Come the day of the reservation we were not able to use the Debit card that we were previously informed of and was required to present a credit card as we have an Indiana driver's license. As we were not prepared for it, my wife and I are having to scramble and try and find a rental last minute which there are none. Thanks Enterprise Rent-A-Car we're now going to be stuck on a Greyhound bus. I do not recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car as they don't clarify polices and if you're not careful you'll get stuck.
