  If I could give 10 stars I would. Top notch experience. Communication from staff to myself and between coworkers was as good as I’ve seen. In and out in less than 25 minutes.

  The manager who did our oil change was very focused, paid attention to detail. No wasted movement or distractions. You better keep him happy

  Valvoline has been a great resource to me, giving me advice on my vehicle, quick oil changes and passed my vehicle second year in a row, I will definitely be using this shop again 👍

  Went in for an inspection and oil change. The inspection passed, and then they did the oil change. When I got to my car after the oil change, the check engine light was on, there was a message about serious issues with my hybrid engine, and my TPMS tire pressure light was on. After being brushed off repeatedly, they finally told me there was a “coincidental” issue with a hose that caused the message and check engine light. They got the check engine light to turn off but blamed it on an issue with my car. My check engine light has never been on before! They also claimed that a valve stem was already broken, even though the tires were recently replaced and I haven’t had any tire pressure issues since getting new tires. Do not trust them with your car. They will cause issues and blame you, and they will not do anything to fix the issues they caused. Terrible work, terrible customer service. I will never be back again.
