Incredibly dangerous experience and zero corporate accountability!! I had my oil changed and tires rotated at the Brighton Valvoline. The workers were nice, but they failed to tighten the lug nuts on my front left wheel. The next time I drove (I went on vacation right after this) I had to make an emergency pull off on the thruway at 70 MPH because my wheel was coming off. This easily could have killed me or someone else. When I contacted corporate, they completely blew me off. They promised a phone call that never came, I even sent an email reminding them of my phone number. Then, they emailed stating that I should have brought the vehicle back to their shop just for them to look at it and access the issue. But due to my wheel not being on....I would have had to pay for a tow to do this! A tow is $200 plus dollars, and why in gods green earth would I spend more money and bring it back to the people that caused this problem. My brother in law thankfully saved the day and rescued me. With all this being said, they refused to even refund the tire rotation. To risk someone's life due to negligence and then offer zero resolution is disgusting. I was a regular customer, but I will never return. I actively tell everyone this story now and tell them to Avoid Vavolines!
