Great Team!!! Terrell, Steven, and Louie were incredibly helpful! I came in with an emergency flat tire, and I’m not from the area, so I was honestly very relieved to find people who were willing to help me. I consider myself a patient man- apparently not patient enough for two new tires at this location. I picked out my tires and made an appointment for 5 PM on a Friday. At 6:30 PM I was called and told "bad news, the lift we were going to use for your car is occupied and will be overnight. Can we keep your car until tomorrow?" I kindly said no, I needed it to get around. But I will bring it back tomorrow morning.
10:30 AM Saturday was attempt number 2. I showed up and was told they were really busy and can't guarantee anything. I said I had 2 to 3 hours and was told "yeah we can't guarantee that. How about a new appointment Monday?" I hesitantly said sure.
I arrived at my 12 noon appointment on Monday at 11:58 AM and pulled my car into the lot. After over three hours of sitting untouched in the lot my patience ran out. Just a horrific experience all around for two simple tires. I implore you to look elsewhere.

My appointment was rescheduled 3 times, and even then I had to wait more than 2 hours for them to start my safety inspection (a 20min procedure). While I was waiting, two other people left because they had similar rescheduling/waiting problems. DO NOT make an appointment here if you can't drop it off, unless you have a whole week to kill.
