Great experience at Mavis in Brewster. I was able to book an appointment day of for a tire rotation and oil change. I even arrived early and only waited 10 minutes for them to begin work on my car. Great experience.

Disaster of scheduling. This is yet another time I get an appointment, talk to someone directly, then they lie they will do the work on time.
I made an appt for 8am, told them I wanted to be first since it’s just an oil change and tire rotation. Guy at the counter says no problem, I’ll make a note, shouldn’t take more than 45 minutes. I agree.
They called me to confirm, I say yes and confirmed the details.
I get there. Nope. Guy says there are layovers from yesterday and it’s 1.5 to 2 hours. Not my problem. Clearly I called, made sure I could go first, confirmed with 2 different employees they could honor that request, and then disappoint me yet again.
I have one family car and need it on weekends. I can’t get work done during the week because we both work. It’s unfortunate I have to use places like mavis. But this is it. I can’t use them anymore. Such a joke.
