I bought a set elsewhere that claimed they fit, but after spending way too much time trying to install them, I finally gave up and headed to Advance Auto Parts. Gabriel V immediately took the time to look up the correct wiper sizes, walked me over to the options, and helped me choose the best set for the vehicle. What really impressed me was that he and another team member didn’t just point me in the right direction—they both came outside and installed the wipers for me. They made sure everything fit correctly and worked perfectly before I left. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Gabriel went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. What could have ended as an incredibly frustrating evening turned into a great experience because of him and his coworker.
