- JBJay BickJun 26, 20265.0Steve and his crew are top notch. I had a good friend come over from Connecticut and had an issue with his truck while here on the Island. I called Nico's way and fully knowing they had a completely booked day, they got him in and repaired the truck so he could get back home that night. The part needed was not available at any local autoparts store so Steve took his personal vehicle to pick up the part to get the job done. Everyone worries about where to go for an honest, upfront, go out of their way for their customers repair shop.. well here it is. Thank you again Steve and the crew!

Work I have had done there on one car so far - Serpentine belt, serpentine belt tensioner, idle pulley, timing chain tensioner, general fluid change, sunroof drains cleared out. 217k+ mile car.
- SYShamar YoungeMay 4, 20265.0Took my Tesla Model 3 to Nico's twice. The first time, I had a noise when I turned the wheel, it was intermittent so unfortunately, when I took it in, they couldn't duplicate the concern or find anything wrong. Guy at the front desk said he refused to charge me the full hour of diagnostic because they just couldn't find anything. Second time I took it in for a rear wheel noise, fully expecting to spend around $500 to replace some broken suspension part,they called and said the wheel hadn't been torqued properly, only $100. They could've easily taken me for a ride but they didn't, hard to find good honest shops nowadays, these guys are the diamond in the rough, they'll do right by you, you don't have to worry about if they're trying to screw you over or not. They don't try to upsell you either, if there is something you do need, they'll let you know. Thanks guys.
