  Customer service was onshore and not AI. Rental experience at the physical location was clean and professional. Trucks were clean and ready to go.

  Very simple online process, friendly and efficient customer service in the office the morning of pick up, and quality truck rental. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

  Absolutely a disgrace this place is placed a reservation on a 26 foot box truck that I needed for moving on july 7th didnt get a call from them until july 14th saying their website was down and I would be 9th on their waiting list, that doesnt help someone who is moving in 4 days, and they offered no help other then to put me on a waiting list with absolutely no time frame when I would receive a truck. Absolutely poor business structure in this place, shouldn't be in business.

  I rent trucks to go to Buffalo and for work purposes and now that i found enterprise truck rental i am never going anywhere else. The costumer service was Phenomenal. The truck was extremely clean , they didn't have me waiting and gave me a story once i arrived that they didn't have the truck. I put Faith in the and the followed through with what they had said over the phone and then after to call me and let me know how much everything was and everything they will be doing to get my hold back. I greatly appreciated everyone who i Dealt with. They are officially my new truck rental company i will return to anytime i need a truck and their prices are reasonable. Cant go wrong when you go with them. Thank you to the crew of ppl that helped me Shout out to everyone there ! Keep doing a great job its definitely doesn't go unnoticed.
