- BSBritt SpanoAug 20, 20261.0Very poor customer service from this branch and its area management. I genuinely wish I could rate 0 stars. This branch has been giving me the run around for almost 1 year now on remedying a problem their employee created with a rental agreement. I have called this branch numerous times to be told I will receive a call back from area management and it never happens. I have shown up to the branch in person seeking answers and told, again, that I will receive a call back, and it has never happened. Enterprise will tell you they care about providing excellent customer service, but that is simply not the case. I would highly recommend not doing business with Enterprise.

I didnt get stiffed, the process was easy and the staff is nice especially since there was a line of customers and a phone ringing every 5 minutes when they just opened.
