  I really have enjoyed my experience with the Enterprise Car Rental, Bohemia location, on Lakeland Ave. I have rented a couple of cars from this location. Everyone working there makes my rental experience so easy. They are kind and patient with me. The process is very easy!

  Need to learn how to talk to people. Ive rented from Enterprise many times with my debit card. I presented everything they needed and they wouldn't except it. Debit card is like cash while a CC is NOT. Why they dont accept debit cards is beyond me.

  A few times a year, I'm in Sayville which is where my auto mechanic is. I don't have the time to do the stuff myself, so I come from 20 miles away to go there. With my job and a family I can't go without a car for a day, so a rental it is. I usually go to the airport to rent, but I found these guys and they were a closer Uber ride, so I decided to go with them. All these guys and gals here were great. Car arrived to Enterprise for me while I was checking-in and looked great. Inside was clean and everything worked. The car came as advertised. For a guy in the market for a new car in 1-3 years, it's nice to try out something new for a day or two here and there. This time was the Genesis G70 2.5L T. Nice car. Comfortable, engine is quiet until you need to get onto the Northern State in a hurry. But it sounds good. The 3.5L T must be really quick, probably why Genesis wants almost $80k for it. At any rate, everything was great. I was welcomed in the AM, everyone was really polite & friendly, and all seemed to be well versed in the processes in place to make a place work. When returning the car, the gentleman asked on the way out "Is there anything we could do to improve our service?" That's the best thing a customer wants to hear on the way out of a place. You got my business.
