  Great service! I needed all 4 of my tires replaced. Omar was open and honest about the best brands, and I am so happy with the result. My car feels brand new!

  Got a great price on tires from giga tire! The owner saw my subwoofer and informed me about the active noise cancelation module canceling out my low frequencies. Darryl's car audio didn't help me at all with this issue.

  Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to review unless you at least rate one star. They certainly do not deserve even a one star rating. The experience was absolutely terrible. The associate immediately had a bad attitude when I told him who my warranty was through and said they didn’t were a pain to deal with. We left the car with him, knowing that it needed repair. He called me later that day telling me he couldn’t get the parts and I should come pick up the vehicle. I challenged him several times that the parts were available locally and he said he could not get them. I was able to get the work done at another local garage. The parts were available, the service was wonderful, and they dealt promptly with my #Warranty company. I know 100% that I was sent away because it was going to be too much work. I 100% will never Step into another Monroe. I have never had good experiences and this last experience is truly the last.
