  An incompetent and dangerous place to have your car serviced. After having my new CRV oil change their, my car was incapacitated lesson three hours later. The manager could care less. His name is Palmeri. I’m currently taking legal action against this organization. They are incompetent, inept, and apathetic.

  I can’t say anything bad about my experience. I was in and out for oil change and tire rotation for what is nowadays a reasonable amount. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and even waited for us to find while we found our wheel lock.

  I have used the Valvoline in Binghamton for the last few years. Usually they are very kind & friendly however on Wednesday, 6/24 around 6:30 pm, I visited the store and was met by a named named Jessie who was extremely rude to not only me but every vehicle that came while I was there. He was very upset because the store closed in a half hour and we all waited until the last minute. He “jokingly” told us all the there would be $40 charge for coming in so late. I understand he wanted to go home but it definitely wasn’t a great representation of the business.

  Last 4 times in a row at this location they somehow a hose to my engine air filter is never reattached, I love finding out when my vehicle starts to rumble and check engine lights come on. When it's a trend like that you begin to wonder. Last time going here just gonna go to Monroe now they're just as close.

  We had the most delightful experience at Valvoline in Binghamton. Seth who was the person who was in charge of our car was extremely pleasant, very informative and just an overall down to earth nice guy. Actually all of them were all all very nice. We got a special engine cleaning that they recommended with our type of car that gets rid of all of the carbon and while we were sitting there having this done which took about half an hour we had to rev the car at certain times and then let it sit. It was very interesting and it actually we could tell the difference before we ever left the garage how wonderful this particular cleaning of the debris in our engine worked. We are coming back every time we need an oil change and we are very happy about that. Just wanted to give them a five-star because they certainly deserved it and we gave them a nice tip because they deserve that as well. Sheila and Dave South New Berlin, NY
