  Excellent service. Had a blown tire an hour before close and they were able to get all 4 tires changed super fast! Highly recommend

  Very disappointed because I go to Mr. Tire consistently for my oil change and tire rotation. I assume they will tell me if something needs work or something is wrong-main reason for taking it to professionals. But they did not tell me. Apparently my alignment was odd a bit for several trips there and they didn’t tell me it needed an alignment so I burned through a brand new set of tires and now I need another new set. Not once did Kevin or anybody there say hey you might want to get an alignment or you’re gonna ruin these tires

  Third party booking is the worst decision company could have made , third party has zero communication with store and will book your appointment for one store and send you to another , ask to speak with store management for appointments
