  90 minute wait for an inspection! Claimed we didnt pass due to needing breaks and rotors. Refused to give me a recipt that stated why we failed . . When asked why out car was on the lift for an hr , Nicole was rude and took 20 minutes to find out why ! We watched the tech work on multiple cars at same time which explains why a 30 minute inspection took 90 minutes Stay away from.this place Reported to cooperate

  i was leaving the gym when my brake dust shield came lose and was stuck in the tire making a bad noise. i pulled over at mavis and they were so helpful, got me right in, and were extremely friendly. as a 21 year old female sometimes it's scary going to mechanics but they were genuinely amazing. i'd recommend this location always.

  My car was towed to Mr. Tire location (335 Court St.). The next day, I called to inform them that my car would not start and the battery was dead. Frank called back an hour later to say I needed to replace the battery and the alternator. However, Frank could not provide an estimated time for when the repairs would be finished. I didn't get my car back until 6:30 PM. It ran fine for about an hour and a half, but as soon as I turned off the engine, it wouldn’t start again. Do not trust this place with your vehicle.

  Went in for 4 tires. Bill at the desk was great and I left the vehicle. Went back paid my bill and drove home. Checked all my tire pressure ( all good) checked all lug nuts for torque and found a finger tight lug nut. Turned out to be broken stud and stripped nut. Went back showed Bill and said he would talk to the boss the following day ( it was a Sunday) . I called back the next day and ( the boss said he was told by the tech it was broken when it came in). I was never called and informed the stud was broken. Not true fresh break( no rust) . I fixed it myself and asked the boss to credit my card back $40- $50 and I would be happy. That is a very fair ask. He said no and offered me a store credit instead that could be used for future work. Why would I bring my vehicle back for anything given my experience.

  Women at the desk who checked me in had her hands FULL- she still maintained a great attitude and got me checked in right away. I asked her to tell them that I strictly wanted my tires changed with my new ones. Nothing more nothing less. That’s it. No brakes or washer fluid whatever else. And that’s exactly what I got. It was pretty quick - I did leave it for about an hour . Walked in paid and left. Super simple. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the price was a little much. I paid 75$ for 2 tires to be mounted .. typically I believe it’s a dollar an inch. ( coming from a mechanic family) but this was the only place to get me RIGHT in last min on a Monday if all days. Thanks again to the lady at the front. You deserve raise.
