I had a very upsetting experience at AutoZone involving an employee named Jeff. My fiancé went in to purchase a part and was treated very poorly from the moment he walked in. Jeff’s attitude was dismissive, disrespectful, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. What was most concerning was that it genuinely felt like my fiancé was being racially profiled based on how he was treated compared to others in the store. No customer should ever feel singled out or disrespected in that way. We expect basic professionalism and fairness when visiting a business, and this experience fell far below that. I strongly urge management to look into this situation and ensure that all customers are treated with respect.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. These guys mainly the manager refused to look into my missing warranty, treated me like a liar and gave me an attitude and remarks because I stood firm on the fact my rotors that I had just bought in May were still under warranty. Interestingly enough the caliper I bought on May 29, 2025 was in there under my number but just somehow not my brakes and rotors that I purchased on that same date. I went to the AutoZone in Endwell and showed explained the situation and they immediately resolved the issue and honored my warranty. To which I have receipts (obviously not on hand at the time) but also pictures on my business page of the job having been done with the new rotors and duralast boxes in the background. These employees need retrained on customer service because treating a more than loyal ASE certified mechanic customer like shit is definitely not good service.
