Went yesterday for an appointment I scheduled online at 1PM. The tires were not at the facility yet. I didn’t get my car back until just about closing. This location installed the tires and balanced by vehicle. As I was driving home my car began shaking crazy over 50 mph.
This morning I brought my vehicle to a different Mavis location and turns out my car was balanced incorrectly. What a dangerous situation.
These services aren’t cheap and the services should be done correctly the first time. And not to mention my whole day was wasted because I had no car! Would not be going back to this location.

Do not bring your car to Mavis for an inspection. Period.
I brought my Tesla in for a simple inspection. Since it's an EV, there's really much less to inspect compared to a gas vehicle. In over 30 years of getting annual inspections, I have never seen or heard of a shop removing all four tires during a state inspection.
They took off all four wheels and then failed the inspection, recommending that I purchase replacement parts from them, which I refused. It felt more like a sales tactic than an inspection.
I should have checked the reviews before going there. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Mavis for vehicle inspections.

Went in to the store and needed guidance on which tires to choose from for my new car, Ryan at the front was very patient with me and showed me different varieties of the tires available in store! Ended up getting in for 4 tires and alignment for a great deal!
