Originally gave 5 stars, reduced to 2 stars. If the job quality was the only thing I rated it would get a zero.
Went in for n oil change and they forgot to put the cap on the oil tank, causing the car to overheat. Gave them the opportunity to rectify their mistake and then they forgot to put a plastic piece back on that was left on my windshield which flew off and hit my windshield while driving.
Despite all the problems, I will say manager(ryan) and his regional manager(eric) were as apologetic as could be in the situation.
If you use this place, do yourself the favor and double check that everything is closed properly.

Kristin and Ryan were great. Ryan called me advise me they could take me sooner. Kristin took over when I got there. She explained my tire options and the importance of getting them aligned and balanced. I purchased the Mavis brand, warranty and alignment. Used interest free financing to ease the sting. I recommend this location highly.
