Been here a few times for tire repairs and decided to get my brakes done too, Ryan and Kris were very professional and friendly and gave a good price; they were also honest about my rotor condition which I appreciate, when the work started they were done within 40 minutes and did a good job, will come here for future brake service

The Assistant Manager at the Hicksville Branch was very kind and explained everything to me about my carlock key. He was very considerate in calming me down so that I did not get more agitated than I already was. Excellent customer service. Kris the manager is absolutely amazing! I've never had such a smooth and honest relationship with a mechanic shop. I will hands down recommend this place to anyone. I was overwhelmed by the amount of work that my car needed when we simply went for 1 thing... but everything was legit. Kris showed me what was wrong, patiently explained & even made tremendous efforts to make sure that the parts arrived on time so that I would get my car back as soon as possible. Very disappointed with my experience at Mavis. I had a 9:00 AM appointment for a vehicle inspection and arrived on time, only to be told by the receptionist that the person doing the inspections wouldn’t be there until 10:00 AM.
If an appointment is scheduled for 9:00 AM, I expect the appropriate staff to be available at that time or at the very least, I should have been contacted beforehand. My time is valuable too, and having me show up for an appointment that couldn’t be honored was a complete waste of my time.
