I made a 10AM appointment the week prior. I received a phone call the day prior to confirm.
I arrived 10 minutes early, and was told there were 3 cars ahead of me and to leave the car, that hopefully it would be done by 1PM.
What, I wonder, is the point in making a reservation?

Dave, the manager, was kind and friendly when I walked in to be the last customer of the day. He explained my purchase and the guys got to work. Was in and out in just over an hour. They are efficient and hard working guys. - 1 star because tires are expensive 😭

I had to have work done on my car to pass my NYS inspection. They where very professional and my lead contract at the store Andre was very thorough and what I had to have done and as a progress they did show me each step of the way. And I'm very pleased to have them work on my vehicle.

I heard a weird sound on my way home today. Apparently I ran something over and my tire was quickly losing air. By the time I pulled into the Mavis lot my tire was virtually flat. I’m glad I was so close! Despite being busy, Andre was able to have my car looked at quickly. They were able to plug the tire despite some huge thing I ran over. He said the tire would be okay for a little bit, but I might need a new one soon. He gave me a quote for a new tire and said feel free to come back. I can only imagine how someone could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me an insane amount for a new tire. Andre & his staff were honest, helpful, and friendly. I truly appreciate how they helped me when I needed it!
