Super professional, honest, and actually explained what the truck needed without trying to upsell a bunch of stuff. Service was quick, prices were fair, and the whole process was easy. Hard to find good customer service like that nowadays. Definitely coming back and would recommend asking for Andre if you go there.

Andre was able to help me find the tire that matched the other 3 and was able to replace and repair within the day with great advice, explaining their tire warranty program, since I’ll probably need that again in the future and was very positive and helpful. All in all I love Andre and his team and making everything as easy as possible :)
- IRIlana RoseMay 10, 20261.0horrible. never going to a mavis again. brought my car here in 2024 because i had a nail in a tire. they plugged it up. thought all was great. a year later, get another nail. bring it to a different tire place. they tell me mavis plugged it with a LAWN MOWER PLUG and that it was extremely dangerous for me to be driving on. ARE THEY KIDDING??? brought it to two other tire places to make sure this was right. all told me the same thing. disgusting and negligible. Never come here. Finally getting around to writing a review because a family member, unbeknownst to me, brought their car here and they held it for over a month, continuing to stall. And ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER told me they patched her BMW tire with a lawnmower plug as well. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not care about the safety of their customers. Doing things cheaply, not correctly. Shame on them.

I’ve also used this location for my Tesla, including a prior tire issue, and had a great experience (honestly better and far more cost-effective than going through an authorized shop). For anyone who thinks you have to go to the dealer for these cars—you don’t. Back to today—Andre (I believe the manager) took care of me right away. The team was excellent. The nail/metal piece was lodged in pretty badly, and instead of pushing a replacement, they took the time to repair it properly, even needing to plug it twice. They explained everything clearly and were upfront throughout. Comfortable waiting area and I was back on the road quickly. Great team, fair pricing, and a shop I trust regardless of the car. I’ll continue coming back.
