  Once again, Kaeden and Rich saved the day! Kaeden used a computer check to diagnose my engine lights, and Rich showed us how to use the diagnostic program when dealing with older vehicle models. Not only are they both extremely knowledgeable about cars and engines, but they both really make you feel welcome, being ready to discuss whatever ailment my car is experiencing. Hold on to these two! They are such awesome assets to Auto Zone.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the store manager today. When I went to return an item, he insisted I provide a physical receipt, despite the fact that I paid by credit card and my receipt was emailed to me at the time of purchase. As a rewards member, I've always been able to process returns using my credit card or phone number — which is standard practice at this store. Rather than offering assistance, the manager began questioning me in a way that felt unnecessarily confrontational — asking where I purchased the item and why I wanted to return it. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Fortunately, I was able to locate the emailed receipt, at which point the issue was resolved without further discussion. Staff should be trained to assist customers respectfully and be aware of the store's own return policies before putting loyal rewards members through this kind of ordeal.

  Kaeden and Richie are two outstanding employees. Tonight i was trying to remove a stripped bolt to replace a licenseplate lightbulb. Richie helped me find the right lightbulbs, then when i couldnt remove the stripped bolt, Kaeden came out to help, and gave me excellent tips on fixing and installing. Both gentlemen were helping multiple customers and answering phones while they were taking care of me, treating all of us with professionalism, courtesy and kindness. Wow! So refreshing! Richie then helped me find another part that the Bellmore store did not carry. He called the Levittown location to make sure they had it, and told me how to get to the Levittown front desk to pick it up. Now thats service! Thanks Richie and Kaeden.
