I always get nervous going to mechanics as a woman, but everyone at Mavis was incredible. They were friendly, funny, and efficient in changing all four of my tires. Pricing was reasonable and after a few days on the replacement tires, they feel better than ever. Shout out Lamarr who is the kindest and funniest face of the business. Will be going back for maintenance!

Told me I needed control arm bushings replaced, that "they're shot!" Could not afford and had them balance tires and left. Had my trusted mechanic inspect to see in the town I live in. Of course, I did not need them replaced. Mavis wanted to charge me $1,100! Not surprised. Never go to these places. I had to go because it was the only close place that would see me at that time.

I’ll be coming here from now on. Convenient location, courteous staff, reasonable wait time. I’ve been here twice in the past few months for different things and had a good experience both times. One highlight is the price matching. The worker on the phone when I made my most recent appointment told me they couldn’t match a lower tire price I found at a competitor. At the store, they honored it and lowered the price. Like I said, I’ll be coming back.
