Oil Change Services

Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.

Tire Rotation

Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.

Brakes Service & Repair

Regular brake inspections help you to know when to service your brakes and can save you money by finding needed repairs before they become severe.

Mufflers & Exhaust

We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.

Wheel Alignment

Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.

Shocks, Struts & Suspension Replacement

Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.

Car Battery Replacement and Installation

Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples. Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.

TPMS Sensor Replacement

There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Got an oil change they were amazingly courteous and quick. I want the other places that were cheaper, but I guess this is a real situation of you get what you pay for because the way they work. 1 of 1. You're not gonna get it better. I'll be back in a couple of weeks to make sure I guess some new tires from them also.

Booked a 9am inspection appointment a week earlier needing my car back by 12 noon. They never got to it and I had to take my car without inspection. What's the point of offering appointments if you can't honor them especially for something as simple as an inspection.

Everyone I've ever talked to inside of this store has only been kind, patient, understanding, and helpful. I took my car here for a state inspection in December. The online scheduling makes it really convenient, but I'd never had them do anything more than an inspection and an oil change before. Anyhow, my car passed inspection but they suggested I needed to get my rear breaks done and a rear wheel bearing replaced soon. It was winter and I was busy so I had them do the work. It was a Friday and I was going to be away that weekend so I made sure they could get it done by the end of the day. It didn't get done, something seized up and they ran out of blow torch fuel to get it unseized before closing time. Inconvenient but not their fault. They gave me a ride home for the trouble. The next day I was sitting on the train when I get a call from Mavis to confirm my appointment for the inspection the previous day had been cancelled. I was pretty confused because they still had my car. I told the person on the phone and they realized the mistake. I got my car back on Monday and everything seemed fine. Four months later I took my car to a different shop for an alignment and was told that I needed my rear wheel bearings replaced. I sat on my hands for awhile because I didn't want to deal with getting Mavis to redo the work on the one they had already done. Then it started making a loud noise so I finally gave them a call. They got me in really quickly and redid the bearing that was still under warranty for free. The person I spoke to at customer service was really helpful. Originally their system said they had redone the front in December but they corrected it really quickly and were transparent about why they misspoke and explained what would be covered by the warranty and what I still had to pay for and how long it would take (just parts and labor for the other bearing). For a situation I didn't want to be in they made it as easy as possible. I even got my car back on the same day I took it in. I don't know why the first bearing started to fail so quickly after it was installed but it's fixed now 🤷‍♀️. It seems like whatever computer system they're using is genuinely making it harder for their employees to keep track of the work. I probably won't have this store do more than an oil change for me again because of my experience, but they did fix whatever went wrong and were incredibly kind and patient with me.

This place sucks. Took my car there for a simple inspection on 8/1. They call me and tell me the car is ready, I go there to pick it up and they are still working on it. I came back for the car on Sunday, they told me the car passed and everything was good. When i went outside to my car the back tire was flat. When I went back inside, I was told they did notice a small leak on the tire on Saturday. Why wouldn’t they mention that to me before hand and try to patch it. Now there was no issue with the tire before the inspection. We bought some new tires and took the car home when they were done. The next day I took the car on the highway and the steering wheel was rattling. It was extremely difficult to control the car, It was really unsafe. The steering wheel was shaking and rattling at an extreme rate. Felt the driver seat shaking a lot too. So I took the car back and they tried to tell me 2 of the rims were bent. That is ridiculous, there was no problem with the car before the changed the tires. They remounted and rebalanced the tires. Turns out they mounted and balanced the tires incorrectly the first time. They are trying to sell me on new rims and an alignment, meanwhile they just screwed up a simple mount and balance job. This place is an absolute joke, I will never use a Mavis after this experience.
