- PPPat P1 day ago5.0The Assistant manger DeAndre went above and beyond to help me after the Wappingers location failed to do their job. I won’t waste my time going back to Wappingers since they don’t know what they’re doing. I will only rent from here moving forward.

He was very loud and aggressive in tone and when I addressed him by asking why was he yelling and speaking all over me? Deandre'exclaimed"I am.not yelling but I can." I then took control and told him that I am a business owner and he have poor customer service etiquette. I then told Deandre' that I will be contacting corporate in regards to his demeanornand slammed the phone done without resolving my primary concern. #BEACONLOCATION

They call me 2 hrs before my pickup time ,that they don't have the ford f150 ,that I reserved. And that in fact they have no other cars avaliable either. Guess reservations don't mean anything to enterprise. Now we are here out of state and trying to find another vehicle. Screw you like you did to me enterprise.
