  After a disappointing visit to a Volvo dealership in Brooklyn, I decided to try Volvo Car of Queens—and I'm so glad I did. Jean Paul Cruz patiently listened to my needs, explained everything clearly, and was genuinely professional and friendly from start to finish. Manager Anthony put together a fair lease deal on a 2026 XC40 Plus with no hidden fees. Although I didn't drive it home the same day due to prep timing, they kept me updated throughout, and the car was spotless when I finally picked it up. This team turned my whole experience around—highly recommended! Five stars.

  What an incredible car-buying experience! Buying our BMW X1 from Volvo Cars of Queens was, without a doubt, one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making the process enjoyable—not stressful. Jason, our salesperson, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question, made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, and truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect BMW X1. A huge thank you to Zachary in finance as well! He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car incredibly easy. He explained everything clearly, was transparent about all of our options, and made the paperwork quick, smooth, and hassle-free.   Queens Volvo was very disappointing and the numbers they presented were completely unreasonable. The lease pricing felt inflated and not competitive at all. I was quoted significantly higher than other dealerships for the same XC40 lease. Riley Volvo came in about $200 a month lower on the exact same deal, which shows how far off Queens Volvo was. Overall, the experience felt uncompetitive and not customer-focused. I would recommend shopping around before considering them, as better pricing and a smoother process are definitely available elsewhere.

From our very first conversation, Eliana took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. She didn't just point me toward whatever was on the lot — she asked the right questions, understood exactly what I wanted, and then went above and beyond to track down a vehicle that checked every single box. When I was on the fence about which sound system to go with, she had me demo both so I could hear the difference for myself and make the right call — that kind of no-pressure, customer-first approach really stood out. On top of all that, I walked away with a great deal. Throughout the whole process, Eliana was consistently responsive and communicative.
