  My second time visit to the service department at Volvo Cars of Queens, located at 31 Water Mill Lane in Great Neck, was for an issue with the broken and stuck sunroof on my Volvo XC60. At first, I was really nervous and thought this wouldn’t be able to get fixed but I was wrong. Mr. Ted Clarke was exceptionally helpful, professional, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He carefully listened to my concerns, explained the issue clearly, and guided me through the repair process with patience and honesty. His expertise and customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free. The entire team at the service center was welcoming, efficient, and attentive from start to finish. It is truly refreshing to visit a dealership where customers are treated with such respect and care. I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Queens Service Center to anyone looking for reliable service and excellent customer support for their Volvo vehicle.   I had a great experience working with a Eliana at Volvo cars in Queens. she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive without being pushy. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions clearly, and walked me through different options with patience and honesty. What stood out most her transparency throughout the process. She made sure I felt comfortable with my decision and never pressured me into anything. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. It’s not always easy to find someone in sales who balances professionalism with a personal touch, but she did exactly that. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering a Volvo in the Queens area.

  I’ve had a Volvo since 2024 and the people are always such a pleasure to work with! The sales location is at 209-18 Northern Boulevard, Bayside and the service location is at 31 Watermill Land, Great Neck. Anthony, who is the sales manager in Bayside, is so efficient and made the whole process seamless and painless. Jackie is the most wonderful and knowledgeable service advisor you could ask for. Everyone is always on time, preventative maintenances are always well taken care of, there’s plenty of communication to keep you up-to-date, and there’s no pressure whether you walk out buying or not buying. 10/10 I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Queens!
