  Just called the Holbrook location to get my windshield replaced, quick reliable good service and nice, the technicians even let my 5 year old watch and see how they do it! I would definitely recommend 5 stars

  Thank you so much, under the recommendation of Allstate, to Pinnacle Glass! Chris was amazing, 1,2,3 glass replaced, front windshield no less. Mike in the office set up a spot on calibration of my front camera with David, who was on-time, quick and also noticed the back up camera has an issue. Appreciate the professionalism in great work and great customer service.

  My guys Zach and Chandler were awesome. They came and accomplished the job in no time, like true professionals. It all happened so fast it hardly feels like they were here at all.   I recently had my driver’s side door window replaced on my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid after it was damaged, uand the team truly went above and beyond. Nick handled the replacement work, and Mike in the office kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Mike was fantastic from the start — he stayed in constant contact with me, providing regular updates on the status of the glass, which had to be specially ordered from the dealership. His clear communication and responsiveness made what could have been a stressful wait feel completely manageable. When the part arrived, Nick did an outstanding job with the installation. He was professional, punctual, and extremely careful with my new vehicle. He took great care not to damage any trim, or wiring during the process. The new window fits perfectly — it operates smoothly and quietly, with flawless alignment, no rattles, and full functionality of the auto up/down feature. The finished result looks completely factory-original. Nick tested everything thoroughly before leaving and made sure I was 100% satisfied. His attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship really stood out. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing auto glass service, especially on a newer vehicle like the Tucson Hybrid. Between Mike’s excellent communication and Nick’s expert installation, the entire experience was first-class. Thank you Nick and Mike — you both did excellent work!
