Estoy absolutamente decepcionada con el servicio recibido en esta sucursal. Aunque el personal es amable, la calidad de las reparaciones y del mantenimiento ha sido muy deficiente.
Realicé un cambio de aceite y, en primer lugar, la calcomanía colocada en el parabrisas con la información del próximo servicio se borró por completo después de apenas tres semanas. Además, no actualizaron el sistema de mantenimiento de mi vehículo, por lo que nunca recibí la notificación de que era momento de realizar el siguiente cambio de aceite. Como consecuencia, excedí significativamente el kilometraje recomendado, lo que puede afectar el desempeño y la vida útil del motor.
También compré e instalé llantas en este establecimiento y pagué una garantía adicional. Desde entonces, he tenido que regresar en múltiples ocasiones por problemas con ellas. Aproximadamente cada tres meses una de las llantas pierde aire sin razón aparente, pero cada vez que la revisan me indican que no encuentran ningún problema.
En una ocasión acudí a otro taller para obtener una segunda opinión y me informaron que la llanta estaba dañada y que no podían repararla. Sin embargo, cuando regresé a Mavis para hacer uso de la garantía, me dijeron que el problema se debía a que hacía mucho tiempo no realizaba la rotación de las llantas y que era mi responsabilidad. Mi pregunta es: si he llevado el vehículo varias veces por el mismo problema, ¿por qué nunca me informaron que la rotación era necesaria? ¿Por qué no realizaron ese servicio o, al menos, me recomendaron hacerlo antes de que la situación empeorara?
Nunca había experimentado tantos inconvenientes con unas llantas antes de acudir a este lugar. Lo más frustrante es que, aunque parecen no encontrar la causa de los problemas por los que llevo el vehículo, sí suelen recomendar y ofrecer servicios adicionales que supuestamente necesita mi carro.
Lamentablemente, mi experiencia ha sido muy frustrante.

The running board on my truck rotted out and was hanging off of my truck. I was in a nearby parking lot to them. I walked over, besides myself, not knowing what i was going to do and was greeted by Nes. He immediately sent Danny and Freddy out to my truck and they were able to disconnect the running board in little time and I was able to drive off. I cannot believe how kind they all were and they just sprung into action for a perfect stranger. There are certainly good people left in the world and a bunch of them are at this Firestone. Thank you all from the bottom of my ❤️.
