This Mavis location is the epitome of honest business and great customer service, hands down! I’ve brought my car here twice now. The first time was a few months ago for a tire check (ended up just needing a simple fix-a-flat repair), and the second was this summer when something under my hood was making a flapping noise. Both times, they gave me a direct, no-nonsense assessment and handed my keys back with a $0 balance receipt. For context, another shop charged between $20 - $50 for the exact same tire fix after my brother hit a couple of bad potholes. Take your vehicle here! They accept walk-ins and appointments, and they will genuinely tell you the best time to come in so you don’t have to wait long.

I had a nail in my tire and they fixed and patched it within minutes at no charge !! they were so kind and helpful inside the shop. the store manager is such a genuine person and as a woman by herself in an auto shop, i felt so welcomed and cared for without being duped like some other places might. we have been going here as a family for years and they really take care of you. i know i can trust what i am told in that shop and that is hard to find!!

I've been going to Mavis for the past 4 1/2 years. Every time I go, they are so friendly and have always been able to resolve all issues with my tires. I stopped in yesterday and spoke with Rick who is one of the best! My low air tire light came on, but | couldn't tell which tire it was. I explained to Rick what the problem was (low air and unable to see air pressure on my dashboard). About a half hour later I was told there was a small piece of glass in my tire. Rick told me they took it out, they patched it up and I was good to go. The cost of removing the glass and patching up the tire was much less than I thought! I drove for about a half mile, my low air tire light went off, I was able to check air pressure on my dashboard again and now I'm back to normal! A great big thank you to Rick and the incredible staff at Mavis for always taking such good care of me and my car. I am a customer for life!!
