After speaking with Jay and getting a great quote, I accidentally went to the wrong Mavis location on Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore, where they tried to act like they were the ones who gave me the quote over the phone and attempted to charge me more. Thankfully, Jay and his team were transparent, professional, and took the time to help me without trying to overcharge me. The whole experience was quick, stress-free, and I truly appreciated their honesty and customer service. Definitely recommend them!
