  Some of the young employees are just clueless. I asked for a high heat thread lock. She got confused because of my accent. I repeated myself, all I got was rolling eyes. Thankfully a manager stepped in and saved the day. The manager is running around helping people meanwhile the young employees are just 'lost'.

  I have been coming to this autozone for many years but the manager (Dennis or Dany) does not know how to be professional at all. 1. His customer service skills sucks 2. Yelling and belittling coworkers not cool - plus in front of customers He definitely needs some social skills training because this does not look good for a business.

  Stepped by in a rush, with broken window washer blades. Dennis even came out & put them on my car! for me as a curtesy! you won’t be disappointed - and remember to tell them Riichie sent you ☺️

  I visited this AutoZone store to return a small damaged part. During this visit, the employee in charge was extremely rude and began yelling at me without reason. His behavior made me feel scared and concerned for my personal safety. I did not provoke or behave disrespectfully in any way, and I was only trying to complete a simple return, My only question was to ask how long I have to return a part—whether the return period is within one month or if there is a specific time limit. Instead of answering my question professionally, the employee reacted aggressively. This type of conduct is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from AutoZone. I am reporting this incident so it can be properly reviewed and addressed to prevent this from happening to other customers.
