  purchased my first car from the Honda dealership in Bay Shore in April 2021. I was young, excited, and trusting as a first-time car buyer, and I relied on the salesperson who assisted me to guide me through the process. At the time, I knew very little about car insurance, so the salesperson offered to help me obtain a cheaper rate through Progressive. However, he told me I needed to provide more money than the actual cost of my policy. I trusted him and gave him the money, believing everything was being handled honestly. One day, I decided to log into my Progressive account and review my policy. To my surprise, I discovered that the amount I had given the salesperson did not match the payment reflected in my account. I was extremely disappointed and felt misled by someone I had trusted to help me during such an important milestone. Even years later, this experience still bothers me because I should have been able to purchase my first car without having to question someone’s honesty. Customers deserve transparency, especially when it comes to their money. I hope this dealership takes concerns like this seriously and ensures that customers are treated with honesty and integrity. Please make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for and always verify your insurance payments directly with your insurance company.

  David was very helpful he knew exactly what to do to get my rims done in one day. He also had my loaner car ready for me.Followed up with me the next day. Very good employee all around! Hope to get him next time. Tom.O

  Fui a ver un vehículo usado y me dijeron q ya lo habian vendido me ofrecieron otro nuevo les dije q lo pensaría y me dijeron danos 300 dolares para apartarlo le dije pero si no lo compro me regresan mi dinero me dijeron si fui y les dije q no lo compraría y no me regresan mi dinero todavía 309 dolares el de finanzas me dijo q por q se los di si no pensaba comprarlo le dije antes de hacerlo le dije q no estaba seguro y son ladrones eso digo Railen Balbuena es el vendedor

  Though I have an EXCELLENT CREDIT RATING, the finance clerk tried to tell me in needed to pay substantially more than the deal I made. Then he said “ Just put down more money “ then your payment will be what you want. I never requested a payment amount, I negotiated a price that created a transaction amount. When I got up to leave, suddenly they could do the original deal. Not a good experience or business practice.
