Avoid this place at all costs if the bearded guy is working. I brought my car in for a simple alignment and balance, and they completely botched it. In good faith, the mechanic left the job unfinished and asked me to bring the car back in to finish the job. When I showed up, it was his turn as supervisor. He totally dismissed me and my steering wheel was completely crooked.
While the mechanic actually wanted to fix it, this combative, ego-driven thug refused to let him do his job and instead started threatening and disrespecting me.
I took my car straight to a local shop 2 miles away, where the technicians couldn't believe how badly this shop messed up. They fixed the entire issue perfectly in just 38 minutes. This guy is a total liability, completely toxic to the brand, and needs to be fired immediately.

Made an appointment for 4 tires and tire pressure sensor replacement. Spoke with Cameron, who called on the appointment day to push it back 7 hours. Then upon arrival, Rick and the crew bashed Cameron, for "never writing the appointment down". And made me feel unwelcome and they were in a hurry to close for the day. When I arrived for pick up, the tire pressure light was still on, and the relearn process was not completed. $24.99 charge though, for a service not provided. When asked, I was advised that my vehicle is an auto learn and I needed to drive 50 miles. Which is incorrect. I called the next day, and was told again I needed to drive further. Knowing this to be false, I purchased the $10 learn tool off Amazon and relearned my tire pressure in 45 seconds. It's very disheartening you'd charge someone $25, and not provide the service, for something that takes less than a minute. Especially a $1,400 job.
