  A huge thank you to assistant manager James M. We had a disaster with vehicles last minute and my daughter needed to get to an out of state internship. When we got there, they had just closed and he came out and offered to rent us a car anyway. Thanks to James, I didn’t have to run to Rochester or Buffalo to find a car and I was able to make it to my other daughter’s last track meet. I will recommend you to anyone that needs a car. Car was perfect, clean and well maintained from what we can tell. Highly recommend this location, but an even higher recommendation goes to assistant manager James M. It’s people like him that make businesses great.

  Great experience. Workers were friendly and happy to help! Got a mini van was great to have extra room! Super easy process! Definitely going back for our next rental!

  I had to tour a college my daughter may attend. It was just far enough away I didnt want to put the miles on my car. I decided last minute and got a 1 day rental and enjoyed driving a newer vehicle. Everything went great!! .
