  WORST RENT A CAR EVER! When I arrived at the location I was told I cannot park my car even just to go inside and pick up my rental car I was forced to find parking down the block just to come inside and pick up the car once I did go inside I received attitude from the representative then went on to try to pick up the car. I reserved a premium car he told me they had nothing to offer me for what I reserved they could only give me a smaller car although they did have larger vehicles that weren't reserved sitting in the lot I was squished into the small car. When I asked about compensation for the smaller vehicle which I could've reserved and paid less money for at least compensate me the difference the representative said it's too bad you could take it or leave it I can't give you money back or any other vehicle. Although I showed up at 5:15 to pick up the car by the time we actually got to the back lot it was already 6 o'clock simply because I was ignored for awhile and given attitude only then to be dealt with right before closing. I would've just canceled the reservation and booked a smaller vehicle so at least I wouldn't have to pay the extra money but the representative said if you can cancel your reservation since it's already 6 o'clock you won't be able to pick up the car today. I ended up getting a lot of attitude a lot of wasted time having to find parking across the street down the block and ended up overpaying for a small car which I don't really fit in I reserved a larger vehicle because I don't comfortably fit in smaller vehicles. This is not the level of service I expect to receive and at this moment I don't anticipate renting from enterprise again!

  They are giving out cars without inspecting it and tire pressure can be off in between Wheels 5 PSI or a lot of times more. And the way how they act to you when you are telling it to them that are is free everywhere but service they don't have

  The rental went very smoothly. Any small glitches were quickly corrected. The staff was helpful and friendly.

  Matt and the rest of the Enterprise team were excellent. Super quick and professional service. They handled my rental with ease and even upgraded my vehicle. Would definitely rent from them again!
