- GRGail RozanelAug 22, 20261.0This enterprise is a joke. Lies to you about fees and when you question them they tell you to get out of the store. I was told I was going to be charged $150 as a deposit and everything would be returned when I returned the car. I was charged $194.81 and only given back $30.51. Michael Conte is rude and unprofessional and should not be allowed to work with the public.

I rented a vehicle to move my son into college, and their exceptional service made the occasion stress-free. I would especially like to recognize Kyle, who is new to the branch. His customer service skills are already very impressive—he was attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to making my rental experience smooth and pleasant. This location has a wonderful team, and I highly recommend them!

When I returned the rental, they drove me back to the body shop to pick up my car, which was extremely convenient. The rental car was clean and ran great, and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The driver was very friendly as well. Overall, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I would definitely use Enterprise again.
