- KWKelly Ann Ware5 days ago1.0Unnceptable rental at Bardonia NY location. I rented a car that had 49k miles on it, the car was 2 years old and driven hard, required maintenance. It needed a wheel alignment and you could hear the engine from down the street. Use another location.
- TTTatyanaOct 6, 20265.0The team in this location really helped me when my scheduled rental with another company fell through at the last minute. They arranged a great car in superb condition despite them practically closing at the end of the day, which I greatly appreciated. They also went above and beyond working with my insurance company so that my rental would be fully covered. Their flexibility made a stressful situation easier to manage. And most importantly, they are professional, reliable and empathize with the needs of their customers. Simply the best. Would not hesitate to come back there! Truly lucky to have this experience.
- KDKlipda DaklipOct 2, 20261.0Worst attitude and worst service came to get my reservation that my insurance had made for me and I get the worst service they made me wait for no reason what’s so ever when the car is literally ready in the back the white kid there has no idea what he is doing and the other guy don’t help either he just makes it worst
- JSJaime SosaSep 10, 20265.0Nick and Jake might be new and young but they handled chaotic situations as if they were old vets. You can trust that this place will handle any issues with ease, making sure youre happy at the end of the day. Trust
- MMMaureen MichieliniSep 9, 20265.0Great experience. Had my car within 10 minutes of walking in the door! I received a reminder when my car was due back and the after hours drop off option is a plus!!
