I had a flat tire and pulled in without an appointment. Zach greeted me in the parking lot and was taking care of me before I even had time to open my trunk for the flat tire! Found the issue and had me out there within the hour. It was definitely busy but Zach wasn’t rattled and took care of each customer with care, understanding and patience. Thank you Zach!!

What could have turned into a nightmare was handled with care, respect, and professionalism. I want to give this shop 5 stars and specifically recognize the shop owner, Zach Pratt.
My Audi was brought in for an oil change a couple of months ago. Shortly after, I noticed what looked like some oil leaking, but at first I thought it may have been A/C condensation or residue from the felt underneath the car. Over time, I realized there was a significant amount of oil, and then discovered the car was completely out of oil despite still having 2,000–3,000 miles left before the next service.
Naturally, I called the shop upset. My car has 105,000 miles on it and has never had an issue. I typically use Audi for service, but had gone elsewhere this time because of a scheduling pinch.
That said, Zach’s “fix the problem” attitude was truly appreciated. He oversaw the repair from start to finish, took accountability, and even allowed my partner to review everything afterward to make sure there were no further leaks.
Thank you, Zach. I genuinely appreciate the way you handled the situation and made it right.

We arrived in Saratoga springs from Boston for the horse races. We heard a grinding noise in the hood of our car and were very concerned. Our hotel recommended Mavis. We first called the Saratoga springs tire store and the woman was very helpful. Even though her store did not fix engines, she called the Ballston spa Mavis and told Ryan our story. I drove to the Ballston spa store and found Ryan. He had the mechanic, Nick take it for a test drive. He put our car up on the lift and found a heat shield had come loose and was causing the noise. Fixed in less than 5 minutes. We were SO happy. I tipped him and went to Hannafords and bought cookies for them. Great customer service! We are SO grateful for everyone’s help!
