    A local garage mistakenly put full synthetic oil into an older classic vehicle which is strictly rated for conventional 10w30 and I noticed a leak so I took it here to get the synthetic removed and the proper oil added. The tech noted that the garage barley tightened the nut on the pan which was the major source of the leak. They tightened this and some other bolts around the pan gasket and there is no more leaking.
