The fact that I would have been a NEW customer and this business would NOT HONOR my appointment this morning just because 4 people were in line is absolutely absurd, unprofessional and unreliable. I will never utilize your business due to the inconvenience and you truly dismantled my schedule for the day as I had to scramble to find a business that would actually honor my reservation and time. This is why businesses eventually close. You are the worst of the worst!! Honor and respect busy customers time that ACTUALLY do their part and make an appointment.

They are very efficient. The waiting room was clean, more cleaner than most shops I've been too. Very pleased with their service.
