- KLKirk LagonegroJul 3, 20261.0I scheduled and appointment on their website, I was called to reschedule, which I did. Then I was called by the store and told I couldn't be seen. I informed them that their website needed to be updated since their were openings listed and hung up. I received a call back stating hanging up didn't mean I couldn't take my business elsewhere. I would suggest never going there to anyone.
- MCMesha CarrJun 28, 20261.0Aside from the fact they are a chain and overcharge ( take your car to truth and Grace or gearheadz down the way) the mechanics in there are rude and unpleasant! I stopped going there for that alone! Then lo and behold my husband had an issue this past weekend with them rescheduling twice and waiting until he showed up to tell him they couldn’t help him. Even after inconveniencing him there was no apology. They in fact acted as if they were offended completely unprofessional and just a lot of nerve to be OVERPRICED and RUDE. At least pick one

- KJKathy JacksJun 14, 20261.0I had an appointment for an oil change and a NY state inspection scheduled at noon. When I arrived I was told it would be an oil change only. The inspection machine was down. I left and most likely will never go back. The machine went down at 7am but no one called so let me know. Had they called I would have simply rescheduled for another day. But I had to show up for them to let me know. A little communication would have gone a long way.
