  I was very happy with the overall experience. The young man handling my service was very good at offering all the services available. His explanations were clear, concise and delivered professionally. He should be considered for management positions!

  Tim, Chris and the crew were great to me. Tim I believe got open my broken jammed air filter compartment and gave me a discount as well. They also filled up my oil burning car right to the top.

  Visited the Auburn location today and was not disappointed. Josh was very personable and took his time to explain to us that we should really try to get at least one thing off of the checklist done on our high mileage vehicle to extend its life. We really appreciated that and that he gave us a print out so that we can plan for it. Gary was very nice and efficient as well. He was very polite when he needed to walk through the conversation to continue servicing our vehicle thoroughly. He got us in and out swiftly. It was an all in all a great experience.

  I had a very concerning experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The level of competence and attention to detail here needs serious improvement. The manager struggled significantly just to read and understand the service information on the screen, which immediately raised concerns about whether things were being handled correctly. What’s worse is that at the end of the visit, I was told “have a good day” as if the service was complete. I started my vehicle and realized no oil had even been put in it. That is not a minor oversight—that’s the kind of mistake that can destroy a customer’s engine. There should be clear communication and verification before sending a customer on their way, especially for something as critical as an oil change. I cannot recommend this location based on this experience. Basic procedures and accountability need to be taken much more seriously.

  Everyone was very nice except for one person named Chris. He was rude to other staff . Very unprofessional making rude comments. This experience was very uncomfortable. I purposefully went to that location because one of the staff was unable to rotate my tires during my previous visit and stated he would take care of it the next time. This employee Chris making comments regarding the reason for my request of the tire rotation was unnecessary. It appeared to me he was bullying his coworker who was assisting me. Thank you for your concern in this matter. If I decide to ever return to Valvoline in Auburn I would like to be sure that the staff member Chris does not work on my vehicle.
