- DDD D5 days ago1.0Went and bought everything myself. Just needed brakes and rotors replaced. .My wife just called, they are towing my 2020 jeep Because someone forgot to do the rear tire!? for real? my wife and children's vehicle.. man. how can you miss 1 out of 4

They even asked to make sure two bags for my bad tire was OK before putting it in my car (I had to take it home for my warranty at my usual shop in CT). Saved me in a pinch with a flat on my drive to Rochester far from home. Happy my tire issues happened nearby. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

But considering 60% of my lug nuts are stripped after a tire rotation, oil usage not reset, and they didnt bother to check tire air pressure etc after rotating the tires. Not to mention the technician being on his phone 50% of the time. I've taken care of these things myself but will be calling Monro corporate and fully expect free brand new lug nuts.

The team was very friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They completed a full service on my car, including tire replacement and alignment, and everything was done efficiently and professionally. Great customer service, honest communication, and a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended
- JSJeanmarie ShortMay 4, 20264.0I had been set up for a 5pm appointment buy calling headquarters, luckily I got there 40 minutes early or my appointment would have been canceled according to the counter guy. He stated that the mechanic leaves at 5pm. So headquarters or whoever does the schedule is not on the same page. Otherwise the mechanic did my vehicle inspection in a kindly manner and was very pleasant.
