I was driving on the thruway hours from home and 6 months pregnant when suddenly I got a flat tire. We put on the spare tire, still hundreds of miles from home, and took our chances on Mavis tire in Auburn, NY. We showed up at closing time on the dot (8:30 PM on their late day.. ALSO a day that has been 95 degrees plus ALL DAY). Justin and Chase treated us with so much kindness and compassion and stayed late to make sure we got the tire patched. They had every right to turn us away as they were just closed but chose to stay and make sure we were able to make it home safely, all with a positive attitude and smiles on their faces. We really cannot thank them enough, Mavis tire is VERY lucky to have them both!

Withing less than 12 hours of serious need I was in with an appointment for tires and alignment. All staff worked with scheduling challenges and patiently explained about tires, mileage, quality, and needs of my truck and timing. David was especially helpful in showing me how and where to compare quality tires that would fit the needs of upstate ny weather. The whole team fit me in a very busy day with patience and great customer service. I will be coming here again and do recommend them!
