My husband took our car down to Mavis to get the rear brakes done and a New York state inspection cuz we've always gotten our work done here for years and haven't had a problem till recently I got my car back and the front driver side fender was damaged along with the trim piece at the bottom ,the driver side door is not lining up and it's rubbing on the front fender. Mavis told me that they weren't going to do anything about taking care of the problem so don't trust what they say. To keep customers happy you would think they would try to work with their customer that they've had for a long time . I am very disappointed . they have always done good work on our vehicles . the manager there was not very nice didn't want to listen to us , didn't want to work with us . They didn't want to fix the problem that they caused .I have pictures of the car before we got our New York state inspection done. they must have new people working there because they're not owning up to what they did, they put the Jacks in the wrong spot lifting the car up that's how this damage happened. you don't put the Lyft jacks on plastic that's not where you put it . that'll cause damage and that's want happened. I was always recommending people to go to Mavis in Auburn but now I am not .

I have been going to mavis for years for repairs and never had a problem with them till now i had rear brakes put on and a ny state inspection done got my car back with a damaged font fender and craked trim and the driver door dose not line up with the fender the door is rubing on the front fender they said it was not there problem and are not going to do anything about it so dont trust what they say

Brought car in for inspection and they found an issues with the wheel studs. Took them 20 minutes (or less) to fix but charged 2 hours for labor. When I asked about this, I was told that the service manual says the job should take 2 hours so that is what they charge. At $165/hr that made for a big bill for a small job.

I brought my car in short noticed after roadside assistance failed to change my tire after I had a flat while trying to transport a U-Haul trailer full of furniture. The crew got me my new tire in roughly 20 mins and was super helpful in the process. I also want to shout out David, he was able to be a calm head for me in a stressful situation while also giving me help unhitching and rehitching the trailer after the tire service was finished. The extra customer service really left an impact on me and I would definitely come to them again in the future.
